When someone sends me an email, it takes 15 minutes for it to show up on my torch. If I log into my outlook account on a computer, I can see the email has been delivered to me.I called BB support, and they said that there is no way I can do an instant feed to my phone from an outlook account. I don't believe this is true.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Blackberry curve 9380 (which I've had for 3 weeks) keeps crashing all the time, the loading square thingie appears and then it's stuck. After a while it even gives an error message. I tried pushing buttons, but the only solution so far is taking out the battery and re-installing it. Then restart the phone (which normally takes 4 seconds but when it has crashed it takes 5 minutes...) I've installed the latest blackberry software, so that can't be it...

Finally becoming fed up with my iPhone crashing, restarting on its own and taking 10+ minutes to turn back on I decided I'm done with it so a few weeks ago on eBay I ordered a used HTC Magic for Rogers(my provider). It has a broken battery cover so theres tape all over the back but that doesn't matter.What does matter is that every time I try to connect it with the MacBook Pro it connects just fine for about 1 minute then it disconnects so I'm either JUST getting one song finished uploading on the Magic or it fails when its just about finished. I tried restarting the Mac and the Magic and nothing is working.This is a huge problem for me because to play music was the whole reason I bought this phone because my iPhone would keep restarting while I was driving around and left me with nothing to listen to for around 10 minutes and now on this HTC Magic I cant even get songs on the thing so I'm yet to try and play them in the car still.

Is it possible to stilll recieve the emails but that all attachments are filtered and excluded from the pushed email into my BB? If I want to see the attachments I will goto a proper PC to see it by logging in that way. I want the BB to just let me know an email was sent, and what text/word content is in it, if any. I dont want to recieve the attachments to my blackberry.
Also, does the emails with attachments sent to blackberrys use the data, or are they not downloaded until you explicitly click to open attachments>
iPhone 5 died (show apple logo) after use for a few minutes and difficult to switch on again. After switch on it died again after few minutes.
I Have tried reset and press the mute button twice than press home button and off button together. But still cannot.

I have a Curve 8530 on Telus (about 7 months old). It takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes for me to receive an email. My huband (9700 on Telus) has sent me an email and we timed it to take 14 minutes. I have 2 accounts on the BB - a corporate and a hotmail account, and the timing is the same for either. I have done a battery pull, backed up my phone and updated it - nothing works.

I have the bold 9700 and about 3 days ago I stopped receiving emails on my device, however I was getting them on my inbox on my PC. Now, I am getting them but there's allot of lag time. My PC inbox gets them right away but it takes my blackberry 20 minutes after it's sent to get sometimes. I tried multiple e-mails and same thing so I know the problem is not the email server and I also have no problems with my BIS and when I send emails with my BB they're sent to the inbox immediately.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy 4 months old BB Torch 9810 with OS7 hangs after a phone call. A small black box appears in the center of the screen with a hand going around like a clock. It takes 2-3 minutes before the black box disappears, and the smartphone is useable again. This also happens when I want to use the Torch has gone to "sleep" mode. I hardly have some apps which are links to news websites - nothing heavy. whether this is a OS issue/glitch?

Been getting balance notifications every 15 minutes. I am on roaming, have been using Wifi, BIS (only BBM) is activated. This didn't happen 2 days back.
I have been trying to figure this one out for a while. I have two email accounts link to my berry. Both are AOL email accounts. The problem is that when I try o send an email and select from which one to send it from I now have four choice, they are doubling up. For example for email one it shows up as xxxx@aol.com and then xxxx@AOL.com. The same thing happens for my calendars. Each account shows up twice, so in essence it splits them up and I have 4 separate calendars. What can I do to get rid of the extra accounts that show up and correctly show only the two emails(and associated calendars)on my berry.I am at a lost with this one.PS. Went to the blackberry BIS website to make sure I did not type each email in twice when I registered them and it correctly only shows the two emails that are registered.

I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. When i was under the $45 plan I had the enterprise activation on my device linking it to my Microsoft Outlook email over at work. All in all, I realized I didn't really need all of the linking up, but just needed to view my emails on the go.I ended up setting up an 'Other' email account with the address from work. It works just fine, but I'm now getting two of the same email from work over and over. I have a feeling it has to do with the previous enterprise activation linking it to my work 'Desktop'.Is there a way around this without having to reset my BlackBerry?

I remember when Hotmail messages used to come in a lot faster when I had my Bold 9700. Did something change recently on Hotmail's server?I called AT&T today and tried a few things and it looks like my Hotmail messages are coming in faster but still taking at least 5 minutes.My Exchange messages come in a lot faster as expected.Anyone else have this problem? I did delete all my accounts at least twice today. At one point only one email icon would appear (not including the messages icon) but after deleting the one that didn't appear, it fixed it.Hotmail still slow though.
