BB Torch :: Calendar Entries Disappearing After 90 Days

BB Storm 9500 :: Calendar Entries Are Disappearing
Jan 25, 2010I've searched the forum but haven't found an answer for this yet. The calendar entries are disappearing. I have Keep Forever checked. I generally have between 12-20 MB free app space; right now it's at 19. None of my tasks, emails or SMS/MMS are disappearing, only my calendar entries from previous months.
I use the Storm's calendar as my client scheduling tool -- I NEED to know when I last saw clients for my quarterly and year end reports. I use Nice Office as a CRM and backup -- but when I asked them, they looked into the sync and said the delete was coming from the BB itself, not from them. I do not use Outlook, as I don't run on Windows. I really need to get this straightened out now -- I switched to the BB specifically for these features. Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on??

Aug 8, 2011When I do a backup with Desktop, it truncates all calendar items older than 60 days even though I have selected the "keep them forever" option. I need at least one year because all the anniversaries and birthdays I enter will disappear every 60 days.

BB Torch :: 9800 - How To Stop Sync Deleting Past Calendar Entries
Oct 29, 2012I can't stop sync deleting past calendar entries. Using torch 9800 and OS6 2949 with outlook 2007. I tried configuring for hours but syncing still comes up trying to delete entries more than few months old, which I want to keep. I tried 'upcoming entries only' (then it wants to delete over 1000 entries!!) and can't get the 'advanced' filters option to make any difference.

Jun 1, 2012I have calendars that sync to my computer and calendars that sync to my icloud, calendar entries that i have set to the icloud calendar disappear after 30 days. Is there somewhere I can change this setting? I like to search my phone to find the last time "something" happened, usually something that I track in the calendar. I can't find how to retrieve these missing items back to my phone.

May 22, 2010Is it my imagination, or was I able to scroll between Days when in Day view? I am sure I used to be able to do this without having to first go to the top row. I seem to remember that if I was looking at a 10am appointment on any day I could scroll sideways to check out the same time frame on subsequent or previouse days. With .593 I seem to have to scroll up to the top row showing days to be able to move days and then back down to the relevant time slot.Either I am imagining it or this facility is not in recent OS builds?

We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Entriprise Server- 4.1 We have checked from online and got many solution, but its not working.
We have checked cdo.dll version and found different version between Exchange and BES. We have copied from Exchange to BES, registerad cdo.dll, then restart BES services, but unfortunately its not working.

The next day I went to go look up a entry in my calendar and discovered all of my entries before march were not there. I know that they were when I updated my iPhone the night before. Feb 9, 2010I've just synched my phone to my PC. When I look at my calendar (outlook) on my PC I can only see some of my calendar entries, not all of them. I've narrowed this problem down to the fact that when I make calendar entries on my phone it offers me the option to send the appointment from my desktop, my work e-mail or my personal e-mail. All entries sent via the desktop are now showing on my PC outlook calendar. However, all entries sent via my work or personal e-mails are not showing on my PC outlook calendar.
