Doing my taxes and I put all of my appointments in my BB and didn't write them down for last year. how to access events that are older on our BB calendar? I see nothing on my calendar for the months of last year..

I have six email accounts and want to know if it is possible to move calendar entries to my default calendar from the other five. Well, I like my calendar to appear on my today screen but not just the default calendar entries, I want to truly capture my day on the today screen. With my limited BB knowledge I think this may be the easiest way to achieve what I am loooking for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The user has some distribution lists created in Outlook, which can be used for sending emails from the Blackberry. Is it possible to open/view contacts' details within the distribution list? Not sure if it matters but in this case the user is using Bold 9000.

I soon discovered that my entries were being deleted (even though they were tagged to stay in the calendar Forever).About a year ago I shifted to the Bold 9790.A good phone, everything is fine, EXCEPT, my calendar entries are still being deleted.Is there any solution for this?I use my calendar religiously to store appointments and am finding my history being deleted. We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Entriprise Server- 4.1 We have checked from online and got many solution, but its not working.
We have checked cdo.dll version and found different version between Exchange and BES. We have copied from Exchange to BES, registerad cdo.dll, then restart BES services, but unfortunately its not working.
The calendar entries are disappearing. I have Keep Forever checked. I generally have between 12-20 MB free app space; right now it's at 19. None of my tasks, emails or SMS/MMS are disappearing, only my calendar entries from previous months.
I use the Storm's calendar as my client scheduling tool -- I NEED to know when I last saw clients for my quarterly and year end reports. I use Nice Office as a CRM and backup -- but when I asked them, they looked into the sync and said the delete was coming from the BB itself, not from them. I do not use Outlook, as I don't run on Windows.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI currently owned a iPhone 3G but just recently purchased a iPhone 4s. I updated my new phone and after checking all of my info was updated onto my new phone. The next day I went to go look up a entry in my calendar and discovered all of my entries before march were not there. I know that they were when I updated my iPhone the night before. So since, I've tried manually entering all my old entries but when I do and get out of my calendar it disappears! This is extremely fustrating and important that I can enter all the old entries.

I've just synched my phone to my PC. When I look at my calendar (outlook) on my PC I can only see some of my calendar entries, not all of them. I've narrowed this problem down to the fact that when I make calendar entries on my phone it offers me the option to send the appointment from my desktop, my work e-mail or my personal e-mail. All entries sent via the desktop are now showing on my PC outlook calendar. However, all entries sent via my work or personal e-mails are not showing on my PC outlook calendar. How can I synch these other e-mail appointments with my PC?

I now have a challenge when I sync my phone to my calendar because somehow I end up having duplicate entries of events. Meeting dates are often based on a repeating cycle such as the first Tuesday of the month or 2nd Wednesday of the year, or last Friday of a quarter. I am not even looking for holidays that may have complicated calculations involved. When I sync my blackberry with DM for Mac my Blackberry ends up with multiple entries that are duplicated. I have even tried clicking the erase the info on blackberry box in DM, and it doesn't do it. It makes triple or quadruple entries then. My iCal is perfect though. It doesn't happen every time I sync my BB, just sometimes. does anyone have a solution?

I can add an event, save it and it shows on the phone. When gsync refreshes it will send it to the phone, but after about 45 mins to an hour the event is gone from my bb calendar but is still on google calendar.Anybody else having this issue, and please if any suggestions please let me know. here is my specs.

Just joined Blackberry and have a problem : I have not been able to move my calendar entries to a new time and/or date and have not been able to find any tips on this in the user manual. As the software on the cheapest Nokia phones permits this it would be rather odd for Blackberry not to have thought about this. Seems a silly waste of time to re-enter an existing alarm. Can anyone help ?

View 1 Replies View RelatedAfter performing the most recent upgrade, I have noticed that calendar entries that I enter directly into my blackberry 9700 are giving me duplicate reminders. I don't sync calendar entries at all and there is only 1 calendar entry in the calendar, but I end up needing to dismiss 2 reminders for each entry. Interestingly enough, if I update the calendar entry, after that, I only get 1 reminder going forward.

1. the current entry (without first opening it?)
2. all previous entries.
3. all future entries
Calendar entries >90 days old are disappearing. Doesn't appear to be happening on the Outlook side of things.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've noticed that a lot of my calendar entries, particularly recurring, all-day events show up on the wrong day in my calendar. I have the same problem whether I choose the agenda, daily, weekly or monthly view. Typically these events show up on two days, one entry on the correct date, and another on the following date, which makes me think it has to do with time zones or daylight savings time. I don't recall when the error first started. When I try to open the incorrect entry, I don't have any options to edit the event. When I open the correct entry, I can open the series or just the occurrence, but I can't edit it either. I am syncing my device with Lotus Notes 8.5.1 FP3 over the air using a BES. I've checked the calendar entry in Lotus Notes and it looks correct.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI wanted to edit an event on the phone. The event not editable, dont know why. However then i saw the option of deleting the event. On clicking that, it said Delete all Events. When I confirmed the deletion, it not only deleted that event but all the events on my phone. Now when i sync with my gmail account, I get the message " Delete Limit Exceeded. What would like to do now?" I select the option "Undo Deletion" but nothing happens. Is there a way the calendar entries can be retrieved?
