I have had this problem before, and a battery pull fixed the problem. However, it is not fixing it now. My girlfriend also has the Style 9670, and does not have this issue. Nothing has worked, updates, reboots, battery pull, resetting the router.

Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?

I have downloaded APS on this phone, it worked for the first month, but now, nothing. Nothing I do can make that wi-fi radio start up, so I cant even scan from my home wi-fi.... Or any hotspot. At the top of the screen is says service required and has an X next to the signal indicator. I am running OS 4.6.I've tried pulling out the battery, going into manage connections and turning it on (the box never will check) and tried to register in the host routing tables all to no avail.
