My blackberry style with sprint keeps locking me out it won't accept my password. This is the second time in 3 days. I don't want to wipe out my info again. What can I do?
View 9 RepliesI need to have a Sprint BB Style 9670 unlocked to use on Canadian CDMA networks. It doesn't have a SIM card. Anyone have this problem or can point me to the proper way to unlock it? I chatted with Sprint but they don't want to do anything.
View 9 Replies View RelatedEvery time I flip open my phone, it takes anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds to respond. The clock will still be showing the time from when I last used it. Took the phone to Sprint and they fixed it for a couple weeks, but they said if it starts happening again I would have to deal with Blackberry.

I've tried the troubleshooting steps as well as a complete re-install, and hard reset of the phone all with no positive results.

my BB style loses service when we get home. No service at all. My other sprint phones have full signals and work fine.Just the blackberry.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI never had any problems with the Tour automatically rebooting when making/receiving a call when it is or isn't connected to Bluetooth. For the last few months, the phone will reboot as soon as I connect to a call. I don't think it's my car's Bluetooth since I never had an issue before but it's extremely annoying especially when I really need to make the call and it takes forever to reboot.

When I went to plug it into my computer yesterday to back up my info, etc. it prompted me to upgrade to 5.0.0.484 from 4.7 (I believe.)Question - after I upgraded, the lock device feature went away. I usually use the left convenience key to lock it. However, the icon is no longer there and I no longer have the option available in the keyboard/screen section. PLEASE HELP!
