Aug 29, 2011Why does the track pad freeze and then the phone locks up? It takes over 24 hours for it to reset.

BB Style :: Style 9670 Freezes Up?
Apr 20, 2011I bought a blackberry style 9670 2 months ago and had to return it because it was freezing up on me and not allowing me to use the phone for up to 5 minutes at a time.I get a new one and now the same thing is happening with this one. I'm missing calls and text messages because the phone is frozen.

Dec 23, 2010I never had any problems with the Tour automatically rebooting when making/receiving a call when it is or isn't connected to Bluetooth. For the last few months, the phone will reboot as soon as I connect to a call. I don't think it's my car's Bluetooth since I never had an issue before but it's extremely annoying especially when I really need to make the call and it takes forever to reboot.

I can't browse while on a call, and I can't even activate speaker phone or dial an extension after the initial number. The only thing I can do is hang-up. Once I hang up, everything returns to normal. Is there a new security setting I am missing, or is this some new undocumented extra feature?

Jan 5, 2012evo design 4g locks up completely during calls. Only calls, text msg, internet etc all work. Only during calls, phone completely locks up. Power button wont wake phone up from sleep state. Can still hear and talk to person on other line. Just cant hang up or operate phone at all. HTC already repaired my phone and it didn't do the trick. Im going to send the phone off AGAIN tomorrow. However, in the last 2 weeks, whenever I have a DC conversation longer than approximately 3 minutes without it ending, my BB locks up. The LED still flashes red, the DC info is still on the screen, but the only button that works is the power button to turn the phone off then back on. No amount of battery pulls fixes the problem.

I've been a customer of blackberry and Telus for the past ten years.Blackberry, or Telus doesn't seem to give a care about the substandard quality of their product or their customers.I had a Storm and traded it in due to the buttons simply not working. Bought a Torch and six months later the buttons failed. Sent it in for warrantee and Telus blamed me for a problem I didn't even have to avoid the warantee until I complained so much they reoplaced it a few months back. Now this piece of **bleep** is giving me the same heartache.Called for support and they said to send it in for warrantee work. I'm a realtor and can't anmswer my phone half the time. I can't use the back button or the menu buttons. I get charged every time I send the phone back for an evaluation even though it's not my problem and its under warrantee.
