On my Blackberry Style when I click on my browser I get the following message. "The requested URL could not be retrieved". Error Code 10006 Two days ago all was OK but either I changed something or something happened to my Smartphone. Could someone please assist. My carrier is Sprint and my mail is with Verizon.

I have three email addresses which are picked up directly through my blackberry using the "mobile friendly" versions of the standard webpage.During attempting to check my standard ISP webmail (BT Yahoo), I was confronted by the following.Error: The requested URL could not be retrieved. we can't open the requested web page because of an error with the web page server. If the problem continues, contact the web page administrator. Error code: 10030 That was about 7 hours ago.Since then I have used the same URL on my laptop and successfully accessed, read and sent some mail with no issues and yet my 9300 still shows the same error message and won't progress from that screen. I have tried going through the desktop version of the BT site as well on my BB, still with the same results.

There is nothing wrong with the website and it can be accessed via Internet Explorer. My partner also has a torch on a different carrier and is also experiencing the same problem. Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again,but it couldn't help.
