The Setup Wizard is supposed to give 2 options - 'I want to create an email address' and 'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server'. My Setup Wizard only offers the second option with the BB Enterprise Server. How can I get the option of 'I want to creat an email address' into the Setup Wizard or set up my email connection without the Setup Wizard?

Somehow I do not have the "I want to create or add an email address" option but only the bb enterprise server option. Thus am not able to setup my gmail account as my address on my bb.

View 7 Replies View Relatedwhen I set up my email I only get the option for regular email accounts to be set up and not the BES option. I have set up my gmail account and that is fine. I have also set up my email account from work to synch via the web exchange but not through the BES.I really want this option as I know it is the better way to be set up, we have BES set up on our work server I just need the option on my handset to do it!

Before i've done this without any problems but now whenever i plug my droid into my computer the option that appears is the task bar that says USB mass storage, Charge only, etc. is gone and no computer i plug it into recognizes the phone. I've tried multiple cords and tried downloading different things for my computer to fix it that i've seen on other forum posts and it never works.
Whenever it plugs into a computer it charges it but that is it. I've turned on USB Debugging or whatever and that doesn't help either. It used to work fine and now it doens't,
I'm using Xperia Z2, and this week I've update it into official Android Lollipop 5.0.2 through PC Companion. However, after the update installed, i seen a horrible WiFi problem: It's "always on". Even after I turn off scanning always available option on Advance Setting, the WiFi still on, as seen from the Battery Usage. This problem makes my Z2's keep awake and taking a huge battery loss.

I don't understand but my application memory is under 10 mb. Yes it is very low. I think that's one reason why my bb curve 3g has been slowing. If there is a way to gain the application memory, that'd be such a great help.Because I don't know how to gain back the application memory, I was thinking to reset the phone to factory setting? View 8 Replies View RelatedFor some reason I can not receive nor send MMS on my Blackberry 9520 Storm 2. I do not even see the option to send a picture as a text when I go to my pictures. I am not sure if this is the phone or my provider. I have my 9520 unlocked and on AT&T with an unlimited data plan and unlimited text. I have tried having pictures sent to me as well, but that also was no luck as I NEVER received a text.The second problem I am having is that I can not access the Blackberry App Store. Every time I try it says that it can not connect to the server.
Edit:: The App Store problem is no longer present (turned off the network and turned it back on), but the MMS problem is still present.

However, in an attempt to fix the non-responsive screen I re-booted the device to factory settings (advice from EE) and restored the data from off the PC. However, it now seems to sync with my gmail account in preference to my Hotmail and as a result has duplicated all of my contacts. Where do I go to in the BB menus to change the setting back to Hotmail for the sync of organizer and mail?

Yesterday added Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.4.17 to the phone, which previously had been provisioned by Verizon directly (connected to our exchange server). Email comes in just fine, but if I wish to either reply or forward the message, at the very top of the message, there is a note that states: "Send Using" and next to that is a button that shows "Desktop v" (the v is a down arrow). I am unable to change the Desktop button to my email account.
