I cannot get any volume on my phone during a phone call unless I turn on Speaker phone. I have checked the mute, etc. Worked fine Monday night and Tuesday morning did not work.

My in call volume automatically changes to about 75 percent whenever I answer the phone or call out, and I have to turn it back up. Is this a bug? Or am I just missing a menu somewhere in settings.
In every single call the phone resets the in call volume to max. I set the volume to the lowest in every call but phone resets it back to maximum volume in next call automatically.
It's a horrible nuisance to reduce the volume each time and my ear now hurts badly. Though I reduce the volume each time, the first one or two sounds are still loud before volume reduction.
I just got my Nexus 6P. The volume of music is very loud, but of the phone-call speaker mode very weak despite me putting it at max volume while in call.

View 2 Replies View RelatedIn the past - namely when I owned the Droid X - while in a call, I was able to press the volume up and volume keys successfully to adjust the in-call volume while I held the phone to my ear. Albeit the screen was turned off, the volume adjustment responded properly. I find now with the Bionic that I cannot adjust the volume while the phone is against my ear and that I actually have to move the phone far enough away from my face in order for the screen to turn back on and allow for the volume to be adjusted.
This causes me to miss part of the conversation, Matt can this be adressed or is there a setting I am missing?
BB Storm 9530, when typing the numer to call, everything is ok, but when trying to call the same person from the phonebook, it's impossible. What can I do?
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe phone just seemed to stop taking new phone numbers, I can still call past numbers or contacts, but I just can't dial.I think this MAY have to do with the fixed number setting based on my look at the trouble shooting section.But when I follow thier directions to turn it off: I can't find anything about FDN mode to enable or disable.So i think it may not be the problem.

So just got my 6p yesterday but it seems as though ambient display although turned on is not working ND when I answer a phone call my screen stays black during the call and won't wake up.
So apparently it's because the tempered glass screen protector is covering the proximity sensor. I still have to actually test that theory out once I get a new protector but from doing some digging that most def it. Just a heads up I used the one by super shieldz so don't buy that one until they make a cut out for the sensor.
Is it possible to record a phone call while your on it? Just curious. I have to make a phone call and I want to ensure I get all the notes while on the call.

If outside, I find it very difficult to hear what my clients have said.One fact business people love blackberry is because it has got good call and ringtone volume.N900's ringtone volume is good, but the call volume is just too low. Instead it goes back to the home screen and if I want to access any "call in progress" options, I have to pull down the notification shade.
Is there any way to change this? Do I have any options?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI don't know why apple decided that you didn't need access to your call log while on a phone call. When I'm on the phone with someone I like to send emails and texts to others and being able to get to the call log or favorites list is the quick way to get access to the people I talk to the most. As of now I have to go to the contacts list which takes longer and inconvient. Also if someone calls while I'm on the phone if I don't check the caller ID right then to see who is calling I will miss the person and I won't know who called until I get off the phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedFor several months now I have been playing the music on my Samsung Galaxy s5 through the stereo speakers on my motorcycle. I turn the volume up all the way on the phone and set the volume on the stereo at about half and I can hear it clearly, even at freeway speeds.
A couple of days ago there was a software update for the phone and now, even with the volume set at maximum on both the phone and stereo, I can't hear anything once I get over about 60 mph.
Does anyone else's earpiece volume seem low on their Torch? I just got mine and it seema really low.

Is there any way to increase the volume other than the controls on the side of the phone. In options I went to enhance call audio but there were no settings for volume.
