Before phone recovery (in PC Companion) made backup of contacts and messages via 'backup and restore' (and contacts via 'export to sdcard' too). After recovery complete I tryed restore messages and contacts from SBF file with 'backup and restore' tool. But it alert me 'cant read selected restore file'. How can I extract messages from sbf-file? It's very important for me.

I have backed up my Iphone onto Windows 7 and would like to open and read the file. I have downloaded SQLite Database browser. Either, how do I use that to read my messages or where else can I read them? I would prefer not to use a web browser.
My school uses ICA files to access programs. When I click launch app from the website it will prompt to only download and save the launch.ica file in firefox. I then proceed to click the downloaded file from firefox download window but then citrix gives me a cant read file error.
I currently have away around this by creating a custom .desktop file so that I can launch it using the file manager. Originally the file manager did not recognize what to use to open a .ica file. Not sure why it cant launch the file through firefox.
I have some troubles trying to transfer videos into my phone and I keep getting the error "Cannot read from source file.". I was able to transfer videos into my phone in the past without any problems until this started. Could it be something wrong with my USB or SD card?
I have a major problem with my Xperia Ray at the moment, it just refuses to read my SIM card. In fact, it doesn't even ask me for my PIN number, it just boots as normal but I have no connection to any network. I've tried using the SIM card in another phone and it works fine, therefore the problem is with the phone itself.I'd recently had my phone network & bootloader unlocked by wotanserver using the test point method - because of this I thought the DRM keys would be fine (e.g. TrackId & Timescape still worked). However, when I was updating from GB .42 to .62 OTA (to flash a GB ROM) my phone brickedSo, I searched high and low for a solution and ended up using s1tool to restore the locked bootloader. Then I used flashtool to flash a stock ICS ftf file. It seemed to work (the phone rebooted) but it was then I noticed that the SIM card wasn't being recognised. Also, in the Flashtool log I noticed that a blue line was there saying 'this file is ignored simlock.ta'I've tried everything I can think of to fix this.
I have just bought a nokia 5230, and i'm shocked to see that gallery doesn't show the memory card contents! Why is it so? please help... the memory card could be read in the file manager though
I'm unable to read individual emails when using the Outlook Web Access site in the internet browser window.I am using this to check work email and would rather do it this way (over the internet) than using the e-mail client that is part of the device. I'm able to log-in to my inbox and see everything I should see, however when I try clicking on an individual email to read it, nothing happens. I've tried clicking on the sender's name, the subject line and everything else on the line for that email. When I do that nothing happens.Am I doing this wrong? Is there somewhere else I'm suppose to click? Is there possibly some setting that needs to be turned on or maybe one that is on that should be unchecked?Any help would really, really be appreciated.
I attempted a jailbreak through jailbreakme.com but it didn't work and bricked the phone. So I restored to factory settings which put 4.0.2 on my phone. No biggie it wasn't that big of a deal to jailbreak anyway so I was just going to go back to my old settings on 4.0.2.
Unfortunately it backed up again real quick after updating and now when I want to restore from the backup it just gives me factory settings. I do have a big 8gb backup dated from before the jailbreak fiasco in MobileSync>Backup but I have no clue how to get it onto my phone.
I have searched for about 2 hours trying to find a way around this. I had my phone reset today and have lost contacts, messages and call logs. I opened my back up file (.sbf) and was affronted with this error message. "Cannot read selected backup file". I've tried downloading OI file manager and it doesn't open through there either. Is my back up lost?
Because my iTunes wasn't syncing my music to my iPhone properly, I tried to reinstall iTunes. I deleted all Apple-programs, except the Bonjour-file. Deleting via Control Panel doesn't work, because I have no access to the file. I can't open it in Program Files because it's damaged and unreadable. How on earth is it even possible that you can't remove one d*mn file from your computer.
I just upgraded the software to version 4.5 and in doing so lost all my photos and addresses. I see that a backup file was created (named LoaderBackup-(2010-08-08).ipd) that now resides on my computer. Is there a way for me to access this file to restore photos and addresses, etc? I'm willing to go back to the previous software version to do this.
On my previous phone, a Droid X running GB, I was able to access shared files on my home and office networks through a Shared Folders option in the File Manager. I don't see thus item in GB.
I just unlocked my storm 9530 today for T-Mobile, and I'm having trouble unlocking all features. I really want to get the internet up & running on my storm. I downloaded Crackutil, and it when I open it, it says file access denied.
