I have tried the 5.1.1 version from UK, but that failed too just after a second of pressing Odin, what to do now.
I'm getting this error immediately after I enter my password just once after a device reboot.I know this is an error that is thrown by an application but my problem is I cannot determine which one. I used the device switch wizard to switch from a Bold 9700 with OS5 and a fair number of apps installed. I used app world to delete everything that was not a Research in Motion created app, rebooted, then cleanly reinstalled a subset of the 3rd party apps. The error persisted even when only RIM created software was installed. How do I determine which application is throwing this error? I tried looking at the system log, the error is there but with no detail as to which module or app is causing it.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI loaded 5.1 from the images on googles site. All works great except when I boot the phone and am in airplane mode, I get a no Sim card error. As soon as I turn off airplane mode, it goes away. How to clear this? Note I did not factory reset when I loaded. I did not want to loose all of my data.

The error message is the following:

I have even tried to reset with: Vol Down + Power + right down tap. But the small droid doesn't come up. Do I have to bring it to the service? I need my phone every day for work..
I was having wifi connectivity problems and my phone was really slow and the screen wasn't as responsive as it used to be. I restored the phone a couple times but I didn't help at all, i even went to AT&T but the guys couldn't help me much but they tried to. As I was searching I found the--Removed-- It gave a failed error and when trying to reboot, it gives and 0x1000 error.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have never rooted my phone nor have I flashed a custom ROM before. I have a 32 GB HTC One M9 from Verizon on stock Lollipop Android, and it has been working perfectly until this morning. I woke up to my M9 stuck in a bootloop. It would boot to the HTC logo, stay there for about 10 sec, then go black and constantly restart again (even as I type this). I can access the bootloader, but it seems none of the options work for me! I can't boot to recovery mode or even power off my phone. It just constantly boots again by itself.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my Blackberry 9300 v.5 to a v.6. It went well, it was able to boot after the upgrade but it was far too slow so I decided to reboot it by taking out the battery, it opened, it showed the Blackberry logo and it was loading but after it has finished loading, it won't proceed to the home screen so I waited and after a few hours my screen says "app error 603" or something like that. I tried taking it to a technician and they said they would have to re-program but it costs a lot, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this ASAP.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.
Everytime I make a call or send a txt message I get the following error message 'Supplementary service error. General Error'
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy BB won't come on - I was using it this morning, it had been fully charged overnight. It swiched itself off and won't come back on - the red light comes on for 20 seconds, it starts to boot up but gets to about 1/5th of the waiting bar before switching off and starting again. I've tried connecting to the computer but the desktop won't recognise it. I've updated to the latest desktop version.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAt about 11:30 today I sent an sms text to someone and then I looked at my phone a few minutes later and it had rebooted itself. It did this similarly to what would happen if I had taken out the battery and put it back in and the phone was rebooting itself. The problem is the phone would stay on the screen where it says blackberry in the middle of the screen and has a progress bar down at the bottom. The bar is staying at about 5/8 completed and will not go any further. I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in and it does the same thing. I hooked it up to the charger and had no success either. I have tried booting the phone in safe mode and that does not help any either. I got the phone in about January and have not had any real problems with it until now.

((( I just wipe off the screen took out the cover and off it. But now whenever I on it, it's keeps vibrating and won't boot up.
View 5 Replies View RelatedA family member has given me a 3G to give my daughter. It worked fine (
It was previously jailbroken and I've attempted a full restore to its original settings. Because it was jailbroken, it needed some additional steps - custom firmware - to get it back to its original form.
After doing that, the restore seemed to proceed. Got to the final steps, and then it said "there is no sim card installed in the phone you are attempting to activate". For now I'd like to just use it as an iPod.
I also have her original sim card. Tried to connect to iTunes, and it said that the sim card is invalid. (It is the sim card that was being used in that phone).
Ultimately the goal is to purchase a new sim card, and unlock the phone to switch it over to the carrier she is presently using. But I'd be happy with getting it to run as an iPod for now.
I had expected it to restore fine ... but it's not.
Any suggestions?
I found my phone died yesterday. I thought it may have drained the battery. I Plugged iPhone in with Wall Charger for 1 hour. It did not turn on by itself.
Then, Kept it on Wall Charger and tried the Reset by holding both Home and Power buttons for 30 sec and the iPhone did not restart.
I tried to restore it, by holding the home button and connecting through iTunes but nothing happened.

I had 40 percent battery remaining and did a pull battery. When I turned it back on, it went to the Blackberry Loading screen then the bar at the bottom fills. It then goes to this screen and hangs. Tried two FULLY CHARGED batteries, same result.

View 1 Replies View RelatedPlugged Bold 9780 in on Saturday evening to charge, removed from charger on Sunday morningphone was powered up. Left house and got into car and saw that the phone was powered off.Would not power back up. Tried charging phone again, get red light for 10-20 seconds and then light turns off and an image of battery with large red X across it appears on the screen. When I plug the phone into computer, computer detects the phone, but still cannot boot up phone.Took phone to mobile carrier (Rogers mobile, Canada) to have them investigate; have been advised that phone is dead. Suspect they simply want me to shell out for new phone/upgrade rather than help me fix the current phone. Support forum suggests others having similar problems, but the suggested solutions have not remedied the situation
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy BB curve 8900 cannot boot up. There is a white screen and clock runs forever. I downloaded an application from Worldmate yesterday, and the handset worked fine. All of sudden, it showed "Cleaning Memory" and ever since it has been showing a white screen with the clock. I even tried removing the battery, the memory card, etc to re-boot, but its not working. I use the Blackberry Desktop Manager ver 5.0.1.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI had my daughter in tears tonight as her Curve 9300 will not boot up. It is out of warranty!! It starts to boot up, then crashes after the loading bar moves about 1:8th along the load bar. I have tried to connect to the Blackberry Desk top software and I have tried to wipe the BB using JL_Cmdr but the phone does not stay on long enough to connect to anything. It is not the battery as I have the same phone and I have put my battery in to test it.
