I am unable to open pdf file in my blackberry 8520 curve. the mobile does't have any pdf reader pre installed. Do we need to install software, if so please send me the link to download or the software itself.

I downloaded Beamexplorer File Finder so I could open a zip file and can't get it to work. I downloaded the file to my file cabinet and when I click to open it it says "cannot open file". how to get the app to work and open the file.

We have tried everything to open these files with no success. I know she has BB DTM 5. How can she open, convert or decrypt these documents so that she can read them, as well as, email them. I have sent an email to Whatsapp Messenger support as well; but have yet to get a reply. It is very important that we get access to these chats.

For example, when I go into my downloads and touch the screen to open (say) a PDF file, the screen goes dull and then returns to normal brightness and my file doesn't open. If I go into Documents to Go and open the PDF file it seems to work OK however?Same thing is happening with video files, for example I touch a video file to open it in VPlayer and, again, the screen goes dull and I can't access the video. Same with music whcih I can only access through the music player, not through other routes such as Astro file manager etc. Also when I try to open some links to websites embedded in emails etc the screen goes dull and then bright again and the links don't work.

I thought PC suite was bad, but at least it connected. Anyone had any luck in solving this one? I'm connecting a 6700 to a windows PC, all standard stuff.
I'm having some problems with certain widgets not opening. I click the icon in the menu and the widget starts to open but will soon shut down with no error message or anything.
I tried to remove the widgets that are malfunctioning but the icons will not disappear from the menu. I think this all started after installing Evernote Beta widget.
Is it possible to get rid of those icons and try to re-install some of the widgets manually or do I have to hard reset? I really wouldn't want to hard reset.
