Several users in my company use personal Blackberrys BIS. They have been setup using exchange forwarding etc ok. They can receive emails but they cannot send emails from their BB to work collegues...its getting rejected due to the emails appearing as spoofing. Ive trawled the web and cannt find a clear answer to this.

On a lot of my text messages, I keep receiving the instruction "Short message transfer rejected" and the text will not go through. I can receive texts from these same numbers but I get this message all the time. Went to Bell but they said it was a blackberry issue.

It asks for a password (and uses that word, not PIN or PIN2) and restricts entry to numbers only, and only four digits long. No generic PINs or specific PINs I've set work. I've even locked my PIN2 and unlocked it with a PUK2 code from T-Mobile so I could reset it to a PIN of my own and that number doesn't work, either, even after giving it a few hours to settle in because the rep online said it could take an hour or two. how to enable call barring so I can enable or disable international calls whenever I want? I don't want to have to call T-Mobile each time.

Had my curve 9300 for about 2 months or so now. Originally had an iphone 4 and simply got a new sim with the same number and put it in my new phone.Everything has been working on it fine. Until i got home from work yesterday and 'SIM Card rejected' and 'not allowed mm6' appeard. My signal bar also says SOS.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got 2 messages today from the same person on my newer unlocked MB511 that were both "rejected". One message was about 1kb in size and the other was about 32kb. I assume the first was just a text message and the second one might of had a picture attachment. Eventually I lost the messages trying to find a setting that might of been turned off. I am using AT&T's Go Phone serivice and had no problems with my old phone. I have received other text messages on this phone with no problems but none with attachments. With this new phone I have apps running so the phone does not use data services. I also have that free "Lookout" app running. I tried to shut that off and tried getting the messages again and nothing changed. Do I have to have data services turned on in order to receive text messages with attachment's?

I wondered if there is someone that can help me. I have an iphone 3g and have my aol email account set up on the phone. It was working fine before I went away on holiday but since I have returned I am unable to send emails as iit keeps saying that the recipient has been rejected as the server does not allow relaying. I did not use my phone while I was away except for texting so didn't change any settings. I have read through similar questions and have tried all of different things suggested (turning off wifi, although it was never on wifi it was using 3g), making sure that both the primary server and the other SMTP servers are set as on and the details are filled out but still nothing works. Originally it was only set up with the primary server ticked as on and I never had a problem with it. I've also tried turning the phone off and on again several times and tried the power off and holding down the home key at the same time.

There is one person in my contacts that I cannot text. It always comes up with a red x and says "Short message transfer rejected". The person can still text me, though, and I have no trouble calling the number. It only happens with this contact.I have tried deleting the contact and re-adding, taking out the battery and sim card, but it doesn't work.

Touch still works, no LCD damage, just busted up glass.Send in for repair in early September, recieve SIM and backplate back from repair, stated they were accessories. RMA number supplied never works in their system. Call support, they are unable to find it, they leave a message with the shop and CSR states in 2 days they will call and update me. Never recieve a call. Call back week after original call, they have found phone and it is being repaired, also supplied with working RMA. SweGet email same day as second call, phone unrepairable due to water damage, supplied with picture showing alleged "damage".Recieve phone back in a few days after email, put SIM and backplate back on, charge phone to full, activate and use.Now my battery is messed up, will fuction for 2 hours at 5% life, then when it finally dies, when I plug into charger it starts charging at 70% and only a couple hours will be done charging. After this the meter acts erratically, jumping from 80% to 50% to 5%. Battery worked fine previous to sending in for "service".Call motorola. They say my "water damage" has ruined the battery, and my option is to make insurance claim (I declined insurance at purchase) or buy a new phone from them for 275.I can buy a replacement screen and install myself for 40 bucks, but it seems new batteries are impossible to find online.

I assume the username that it is requesting would be an email address so I've tried all of mine and all of my passwords in the box, it doesn't seem to be accepting any of them. Also according to my service provider and my sisters blackberry it's not supposed to be requesting any type of username or password there. I have three email accounts: Google mail, Window's live mail and my blackberry email account. My service provider is 3 UK.

1. Sometimes cannot accept calls - Error shown is request rejected
2. Music library get corrupted.
3. Camera doesnot flash on its own in low light.
4. Hangs quite a times.
5. Use OVI maps only to restart your phone.
6. Sensor controls are bad.
7. Installing a few applications gets it slow.
8. Clock doesnot display its time on the home screen.
I am seriously annoyed by this.First I did the update myself.I then visited a Nokia Care centre and the version was reinstalled. I still have the same problems. I have done it myself through the software updater and OVI suite. Thats means a total of 4 updates and still the errors are present.
