Mar 24, 2010I have a Blackberry 8110. For some reason, my Notes and Tasks application icons are not showing on my homepage. How do I get them so I can see them?

BB Bold 9000 :: Cannot Find Tasks And Notes Application?
Jun 7, 2010I just got a Bold 9000, but canīt find the tasks and notes application? I already update the device with my desktop manager and reset the device, but still donīt see this 2 applications.Also tried the show all option on the home screen and applications folder, but no luck either.

Jun 25, 2010I just get the run-a-round at Verizon..I had a Pearl and loved it for texting, but never used the web on it.Seemed like a waste of money for the data plan.Back to a old phone but would love to have the pearl back without the data plan.Is this possible? I still have the pearl, just wishing I could use it for calls and texting.

Dec 7, 2011i had preoblems with my curve 8520 last night resulting me to reinstall the OS. I luckily used blackberry protect to back everything up. However all of the games have disapeared that came with the phone originaly and the notes and task apps have disappeared. I am not too worried about the games but I had a large amount of notes and tasks that I need to get back?

I go through the steps listed and it looks like the contents are being coppied but when I go to the Contacts list it shows no contents. I do not know if I did something wrong or the firm ware has gone south. I have taken the battery out and then replaced it trying to restore it to factory setting but that did not seem to work. 1. In the phone application, press the Menu key.
2. Click Options.
3. Click General Options.
4. Change the Default Call Volume field.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Click Save.
Step 1 no prob
Step 2, there is no Options to "Click"
Had to Click "Setting" then Click "Options"
Step 3, couldn't find "General Options" option!

I turn them back on or just make a call to restore the connection but they turn off in about 10 seconds.I found this post below: radio keeps turning itself off which describes a similar issue. Sep 3, 2010Weird problem here, my Notes application cannot find the notes I've written, it's like they were auto-deleted. The first time it happened I thought maybe I exited without pressing done, thinking maybe that saves it. But it's happened to me several times. I write a note, press done, exit out of the program. Open up the program and the note is still there, but after a day or 2 it's just completely gone. I'm not even syncing it or anything. This is on a ip4 with 4.02 and no JB.

Jan 6, 2010I bought a Blackberry Pearl recently. When i text message i press the "shift key" to turn the letter im typing into a capital. But i noticed, or can't find a way to keep my letters constantly in Capital.
For example, if i want to type, "I WANT ALL MY LETTERS CAPITAL!" i seem to have to press the "shift key" button for each individual letter! is there any way around this, where i could press some "shift something key" to where my typing remains in CAPITAL until i repress this "shift something key"??

Apr 22, 2010Whenever I open ANY email, it gives me a message saying "More available". I have to choose the "More" or "More all" option from the menu key in order to get my email text. The option of "Auto more" in General settings is turned ON. What is the fix to this issue? It never used to happen, then all of a sudden it's there.
