I've downloaded the version 6 of BB desktop software along with the latest device software, and USB and Modem drivers. When i open up the Desktop Software and go to Tools>Mobile Internet Options (like it says to do) "Mobile Internet Options" isn't there. I have seen many people with this problem. Is there a solution??? please if anyone knows what to do, tell me.

As of now, I do not have any problems with those but I just can't find the option to set up my internet email. Whenever i go to the set up email option, it automatically shows me an enterprise email activation.

I'm having trouble with my internet. i can use my WAP browser but i do not see my regular internet browser, not even in the options menu. also my bbm does not work. i cannot send or receive bbms. i can send out emails but not receive them. my apps that connect to the internet will not work, ie berryweather, facebook, appworld. i get a message about contacting my provider and upgrading to a service plan that allows me to browse. all this just happened all of a sudden on this phone. i've tried reloading the OS back to the original .167, and numerous battery pulls. nothing seems to work. is there an outage or something? even my wifi wont connect to my internet at home. it says connected but its greyed out.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI like the Samsung calendar app but installed Google calendar as well and synced them so that if I lost my phone, all of my calendar data would still be on the desktop site through Google. It worked when I first installed it months ago. I just signed on and noticed that nothing but birthdays are on the desktop site but everything that I've entered into the Samsung mobile app IS on the Google calendar app on my S5. I've tried syncing everything through both mobile apps and the desktop, as well as followed the instructions through Google's calendar desktop site.

If I put my simcard in my old blackberry storm it work just fine.
