BB Curve :: Cant Make Or Receive Calls And Cant Send Or Received?
Jan 17, 2012phone has suddenly stopped recieving calls and recieving text messages, i last used it it at 3.30 and at 4.30 it wasnt working can any1 help with this to resolve this. i have network coverage nd signal nd i can dial *#1345# and that works and also if i dial *#147# that also works.

Aug 7, 2010Just got a 8530 from my new work place. I can send/receive mail from the work email account. I can't send/receive email from account called "Desktop". It seems to have been setup in error. It appears in email settings as check box as whether or not to use it along with work email account that does work. The "desktop" account does not appear in the email set up wizard. How do I delete the "Desktop" account. I have attached the pictures.

Jun 1, 2011everytime i try and make a phone call it says "CALL FAILED please try again" and everytime i try and send a txt it has the red timer and keeps trying to resend till it says "retried exceded". Its drving me up the wall! i took it to the dealer and he said his was doing the same.

Mar 21, 2012I have a Curve 9300 3G and I cannot make calls or send texts. If I try to make a call, the screen comes up to make one but a message appears saying 'no service available' and it cuts out. Texts show the red square that comes up when the message is being queued to be sent, even though there is no queue and adequate signal, and then go to a red cross. I can access the internet though and navigate around it. The phone also shows full signal and recognizes the SIM card. I have tried a battery pull and updating the software.

Sep 26, 2010I recently purchased a Blackberry Curve 8300 from my friend the phone is unlocked to any network, in which i have an o2 UK sim inside, it loads up and the o2-UK logo comes up with a full signal GPRS (in capital letters) but i cannot send texts or make calls and i cannot receive them either.I have tried numerous battery pulls and soft soft resets to no avail, i have update to 4.5 software also, i really like the phone and don't want to have to throw it in the bin:I have registered through the Host Routing Table and received the confirmation email.I have the radio on the phone switched on.I can access the internet and receive e-mails.I can access BB Messenger.

I have tried to no avail to figure out how do this with my curve 8530. Do i need to get an app or is there some other way I can accomplish this.

Oct 16, 2015I upgraded from a Sony XP to a z5 compact white, yesterday, however when i make or recieve phone calls, the phone effectively freezes.screen goes black, even when calls finished!!!
This is especially annoying as the same problem blighted my XP and is one of the main reasons i chose to upgrade as was struggling with ram issues anyway.

Sep 6, 2011I can receive emails that contain other languages, like chinese and korean. However, well I reply emails in those languages, people only receive symbols. I try to send it to my own email address as well, I also only receive symbols, like question marks. I'm using rogers but I don't think it has anything to do with the carriers because it was okay before.

Feb 16, 2010I recently deleted 2000 messages from my inbox using the mark all/delete function. It seems though after this process my Xpress Music has started playing up. Text messages are only being received when i switch the phone off then on again they come through. Also, if i have missed a call and hit the log or - show missed calls button, the phone says no missed calls/ no information.Has anyone else experienced this problem and know of a fix?
