This newby is constantly getting the msg. "not enought memory to display, delete some tabs, etc" or something like that. This is obviously a memory problem, and I have added a 4GB SD card that I use to store a few pictures. Can the actual operating memory of the phone be increased.........or do other BB models hold more memory?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI don't have a lap top, though I do plan on getting one soon, so I rely on my black berry for on the go internet. I play the guitar so I often want to check tabs and make sure I'm playing a song right/learn a new song. My poor 8330 can't handle website like UltimateGuitar.com, so I had the idea of creating a website with plain text webpages so I could easily view my guitar tabs. (Of course I have to add them myself so thats not a problem) I already have a free website set up for this purpose but I'm having one issue; the tabs get word-wrapped and make them unreadable. Is there a way to set up the webpage correctly (html and what not) or a setting on my blackberry to prevent this?
Edit: I've noticed if I switch to "Page view" it displays the the page correctly, of course at a smaller font size but thats what I want. But after a few moments it zooms it. Is there a way around this?
Edit2: I've been doing some research; the problem appears to be with the device because it automatically scales the content to fit the page. So to revise my original question, is there a way to disable the scaling or prevent it by adding some code to my webpage?

The blackberry doesnt seem to display message correctly. If I try and delete a message it deletes the one before it. SMS's dont always delete. Sometimes there is just a blank space but if i click on it, its actually a message.

I've got a few questions about my AT&T Curve 8310...I was looking through "Options > Applications" and saw that the app that took the most memory was "Content Store." Anyone know what this is, if I can delete it, & what would happen if I did? Is there any way to shrink this down some?

I know this has been discussed lots before but I can't seem to "find" a solution that works for me.The N97 phone memory 64MB shows full but when I look at it under Explorer I can only see about 25Mb of material.Where is the rest of the memory going to? I have gone through all the folders and files via expoler and can't find anything bigger than 2MB except Maps at 9MB. When I add them all up it comes to just over 25MB.Any tips on what I could move to the Mass Memory delete to free up some memory.
