BB Curve 8900 :: MMS Message Service Appears To Be Missing From Menu
Mar 2, 2010I purchased a Curve 8900 locked to t-mobile which i unlocked with a code purchased via a website, everything is okay and working with the orange sim card apart from the MMS message service with appears to be missing from the menu, updating the software via the update service dose not make any difference, also to access the internet the webNwalk from t-mobile application is still there, although this is not a problem i wondered if there was a way to remove that and find out where the MMS option is.

Dec 3, 2011I'm currently using a Globe subscribed blackberry bold 9730 and I'm using it roaming in the united states. I tried using the bbm through wifi (I disconnected the mobile network so no roaming charges will be made) but after sending a bunch of messages I realized they were not getting though although I can see a tick mark in front of the message indicating it was delivered, but I don't see the D or R indication on the tick. Besides the bbm not working, I also get the dreaded connection error 65 message when I try to log into my yahoo messenger account

(This has happened before on another non-BB phone -- So I didn't think much of it) Then I tried to log in to the Yahoo Instant Messenger on the IM folder.Each one (MSN, YIM, AIM) gave me the error message of 'Service not Enabled for this Handheld device" I looked on Google, YES I do have a data plan, I went to my service provider about a different problem, (Close enough, it was about emails), and I DO have the Data plan.

Jul 19, 2010Recently my c905a has become unable to playback certain videos, the last 20 or so i have taken. The videos can be played immediately after recording, but later if attempted have a broken film icon instead of thumbnail and if tried to play the message "Currently Unavailable appears". This is not consistent however, a few videos in the middle of the 20 are playable. Their sizes are all varying, settings on each video are the same. I thought that they were possibly not playable on my phone so i moved them onto my computer - same issue, E.M. Total Player fails to open the videos. I hope someone can help me with this. I was counting on these 8.1 MP to record some good material for an oral presentation and final presentation for the chinese class i'm taking right now. I picked up great material, the base of the two projects. These projects are 40% of my grade and need to be presented in 2 and 3 days! How can i salvage these videos? Every video lists appropriate size, what else should i look for? How should i go about fixing this?

Jun 11, 2010I currently have the BB 8520 with 4.6 software, I've been doing to get the O.S 5 update following the 'Upgrade Guide'. I've tried deleting the vendor.xml file but still not luck it still keeps on saying it doesn't have "BlackBerry Device Software". I've tried to following things.
1. Searching my entire computer for another vendor.xml file
2. Re-installing both the upgrade and Desktop Manager
Still no luck, can anybody try and help me out? I've done some searching on the forum and found nothing.
