BB Curve :: How To Unlock It
Sep 19, 2011due to some mistake on my end, i have locked my phone. i tried to enter various password, but i am unable to unlock it. there are just 2 attempts remaining and i dont want to lose my data.

BB :: My Curve Won't Unlock
May 16, 2011My phone was working perfectly all day. When I got home from work the keyboard started sticking on certain letters. I removed the battery and replaced after a few seconds to reboot the device. After it rebooted I can't get the screen to unlock. It brings me to my home page, remains lit for a few seconds so I can see my wallpaper and determine that the screen is locked. I can get the screen to show the unlock or make emergency call option, but when I highlight the unlock and depress a key - nothing happens. The screen goes black and nothing I do will make the screen return unless I remove the battery and reboot again.

Oct 10, 2011my phone was working fine, it froze and then i took the battery out and out it back in and it wont let me unlock it. i press the trackpad and it goes ot options, unlock, emergency call, etc, but wont let me scroll down or select anything. i have taken the battery out 3 times now and it still wont work. the phone wont even light up if i press any other key but the led light still blinks.

I just got off of the phone with customer service and was told basically I'm going to lose all my business contacts & personal notes that I entered this morning during my morning meeting and that it's my fault because I didn't back it up! How the heck can I back up my device while during my company meeting? I'm the owner and I have many notes and etc on my device that I put there this morning! Now I lose money because I can't get my information. I'm so ticked off right now! Customer service wasn't helpful at all...he just blamed me for my problem! Never mind the fact that the darn phone keeps turning itself on and off randomly!

My "lock keypad" button on the top left of my device has been broken for a while so I've gotten used to locking the keyboard by holding down the * key and unlocking it by hitting * and Send. Aug 3, 2010my Blackberry Curve 8900 is completly locked. The screen is only on when I put the phone in the charger, but my problem is also that the unlock key at the top is locked, so even when there are lights and energy in the phone I can't unlock it, and therefore I can't use it at all. I've tried pulling the battery out and in again about 3 times. I've tried taking both the battery and the sim card out. I've tried connecting my phone to the computer, which it can, but it didn't help me since the phone is still locked. I've tried resetting it by pressing ALT + CAP + Del. but that doesn't work either.
