Sep 19, 2011due to some mistake on my end, i have locked my phone. i tried to enter various password, but i am unable to unlock it. there are just 2 attempts remaining and i dont want to lose my data.

BB :: My Curve Won't Unlock
May 16, 2011My phone was working perfectly all day. When I got home from work the keyboard started sticking on certain letters. I removed the battery and replaced after a few seconds to reboot the device. After it rebooted I can't get the screen to unlock. It brings me to my home page, remains lit for a few seconds so I can see my wallpaper and determine that the screen is locked. I can get the screen to show the unlock or make emergency call option, but when I highlight the unlock and depress a key - nothing happens. The screen goes black and nothing I do will make the screen return unless I remove the battery and reboot again.

Oct 10, 2011my phone was working fine, it froze and then i took the battery out and out it back in and it wont let me unlock it. i press the trackpad and it goes ot options, unlock, emergency call, etc, but wont let me scroll down or select anything. i have taken the battery out 3 times now and it still wont work. the phone wont even light up if i press any other key but the led light still blinks.

I just got off of the phone with customer service and was told basically I'm going to lose all my business contacts & personal notes that I entered this morning during my morning meeting and that it's my fault because I didn't back it up! How the heck can I back up my device while during my company meeting? I'm the owner and I have many notes and etc on my device that I put there this morning! The screen is only on when I put the phone in the charger, but my problem is also that the unlock key at the top is locked, so even when there are lights and energy in the phone I can't unlock it, and therefore I can't use it at all.
