I have blackberry curve 8900. From the last few days, the call log & notification font became too small to read properly. I am unable to change the font settings. how could I increase the font size of call log & notifications.
View 3 RepliesWhen I received a call, I always received a full screen photo of my contacts (the photo I stored in my phone). Now, I receive the full screen photo on one of my contacts, but everyone else has changed to a small banner at the top of the screen, with a very small photo in the top right corner. I can't figure out why this happened, or how to change it back.

My C2-06 offers two font sizes for contacts - and both are way too BIG. I'm used to see more than four contacts on the screen!
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhy bother to make a large 4.3in screen, when the font size is now smaller than ever. My previous phone was a HTC Desire S which was superb in every way, with the right size font everywhere, not just some parts of the phone. (only reason i replaced it was it was stolen last week on holiday). The main menu pages on the Sensation, settings, the font is too small and strains my eyes. Why cram everything in so small? Do HTC not consider that millions of people already wear glasses to aid vision, people of all different ages? I AM aware that font sixe can be increased in texts, emails and internet, but it needs to be larger in ALL AREAS of the phone, especially as its a large 4.3 inch screen!Another gripe I have is I bought a UK phone, so expect the � sign to be on the first page, rather than the $ sign, which I never use, as we don't have dollars in the UK!

View 2 Replies View Relatedis there any way to increase the size of the font in the notification bar? it is quit a bit smaller on my new G4 vs my old G3. In general the fonts seem smaller. I have my text size in display settings set to "maximum" now; it was "very large" on the G3. The G3 is on the right (or bottom one), and while the G4 looks ok in the browser, when on the phone, the notification icons are noticeably smaller.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI came over when the Palm Pre faded away. So far I have found ways to tweak everything I thought needed tweaking. However, there is one thing I'd like to change that I haven't figured out.
Occassionally, such as when attempting to install an app for which there is insufficient space (not sure why I got that message, there was plenty of room), the phone will briefly popup a small message. However, this message is entirely too small, displayed too briefly, and for some reason fairly transparent. Even when I do notice it, I am rarely able to read it before it fades away.
Is there some way to configure this message to be more useful?
in most of my prev. phones i used to know if the person am calling on a waiting call and this has stopped since i got the blackberry been lookin for third party software to enable it and been surfing the web looking for solution for this issue?

I dont remember when the incoming call picture became so small, but I have noticed that on my iPhone 5S that is running software 7.1.1 is a little circle. I liked it much better when the incoming call photo took up the whole screen. Any setting that I can change, or is it a software update issue?

How do I customize the call notification to vibrate and the text message notification to sound at the same time for vibration mode? The vibration mode works fine for me (both call and message notifications vibrate only), but sound notification for text messages when I am in the middle of something. I am a new Android user and it seems that both settings cannot be done separately for the vibration mode.

When my phone is locked and I slide open the keyboard it has the cool original clock display my phone came with. It also shows the good font when I get to the "draw pattern to unlock" screen. The more square text seems correct for the Droid 2 while the boring round font on the opening screen seems to be a software goof/oversight.
