I am just getting used to the new OS, but have an issue regarding the screen display during a phone call. The name is displayed ok, but the phone number font is VERY small. You can change the Options Display to a larger font, but then all text gets bigger. Does anyone know how to change just the tel no display font?

I need the "mute" and "loudspeaker" functions which are usually displayed on the screen during a call, So they are displayed on mine, but they are disfunctional and vanish when the display dims dark.Even if I put the blackberry on the desktop and keep 0.5m distance from it, it dims to dark screen within 2 seconds after pressing the "call" key, and even an immediate press on the "loudspeaker" icon in the left bottom corner of the touchscreen within these 2 seconds is ignored.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a few Vietnamese song albums with album names, song names and singers are all in Vietnamese characters (unicode fonts). These albums have no problem showing it correct Vietnamese characters when played by Google Play Music app on my HTC M8 (running stock Android 6.0).
However, when I transferred these albums to my new Nexus 6P, names of the albums, songs and singers are not displayed correctly. Some, or all, characters are "replaced" by some strange characters (looks like Chinese, Koreans... characters). This causes one album now become a number of different albums (sharing the same album cover, but different names due to its album names are now spelled differently. Same problem happens if you sort by singers (one singer now becomes more than one).
PS. English song albums are not affected by this.
Can anyone tell me how we can set up the call register to display on the shortcut/front screen of my boss' Blackberry Bold 9700?

Is there any way to restore the clock font to a single font? When my phone is locked and I slide open the keyboard it has the cool original clock display my phone came with. It also shows the good font when I get to the "draw pattern to unlock" screen. The more square text seems correct for the Droid 2 while the boring round font on the opening screen seems to be a software goof/oversight.

On my BB Bold 9700 the font on the phone number dial line has changed after an OS update and does not match the font used on all apps on the device. Note I am only referencing the phone number input line
Originally the font was the same as all other apps including other text display in the phone mode.
Just got my 9700 today, love it! Been messing with it all afternoon. One odd little thing, tho'.the font on websites is soooo tiny its ridiculous. Also my Quicklaunch that I brought over from my other phone, just this tiny little box comes up and again with tiny font. How can I fix this??

2) font size of emails once opened.
I was able to do both these actions on my old blackberry , but it appears OS7 only has one global place to change the font.
I have successfully increased the font size of the messages I send the name and date and re: message on those I receive BUT the body of the received messages are still not the font size I need. How do I increase the font size of the body of the recieved messages?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a blackberry storm 9530 unlocked from verizon wireless, US. But I am using it in Canada with the service provider Fido. The phone seems unlocked as everything else is working like the internet, outgoing calls, messenger, emails etc. But I noticed it today that the call display isnt working. I checked with my service provider they said that i have call display and it should work but they didnt knew anything about this phone so could not help (as the phone is not from the provider). So when some one calls i can only see unknown number calling (No name or number display). I dont know if its a network problem (which i think its not because they say its on and should be working) or something needs to be changed in the handset.

Just updated my C7 ( Anna 1/2 and 2/2 and I noticed annoying problem.When someone is calling me, display won't wakeup and I cant see who is calling.. Sometimes display works ok, sometimes it takes few seconds to wake and and sometimes it wont work at all.HELP NEEDED! Usually it wont wake up if it is in my pocket while ringing.

I need it to stay on so I can sometimes use the keypad. Before the upgrade, the display would stay on for me. This is not related to the device setting for display timeout, as the timing is different than when the screen is generally on, but inactive. Also, the option to keep the screen on while I look at it isn't useful in this case. It used to work, then stopped with the upgrade.
