I tried to update my iPhone 6 to the latest iOS 8.1.2 but it failed for some reason. Now my iPhone won't update, restore or reset to factory settings... it is stuck in restore mode with the iTunes logo and cable showing in the screen and even when i tried to connect it to my laptop it doesnt show up on the itunes ( itunes cant feel it ) ....

When restoring an iphone4 I get to the part that says restore from icloud, then enter the user details (if you get them wrong it tells you) then it moves onto the Terms and Conditions page which you then click agree. At this point I either get "there was a problem connecting to the server" or "invalid device while updating mme delegate account". Â

so this morning i updated my iphone 4s to ios7.1.3 and halfway through the progress bar it got stuck. It has been stuck for about 4 hours now. I have been waiting and hoping the battery runs out, but it hasn't and it's still stuck with the apple logo on top and 35% filled progress bar below the logo. What do i do? And i have tried holding the sleep button and home button together too. My sleep button is not exactly working.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI restored 3.1.2 and jailbroke last night was working fine now today it's just staying at downloading packages and it's been like this now for 5 mins and I only have the bare bones of sources in cydia as you would a fresh install, I have restore today about 3 times but it's still just hanging at downloading packages, I have also cancelled the updating and it says it failed to fetch modmyi, bigboss, saurik.com, zodttd and says some index files failed to download.
If I add a source same thing happens, it downloads a couple packages then when the bar fills with blue it stays there saying downloading packages.
Does anyone have a URL to the latest OS for bb 8520?
