May 26, 2011I am a new user. My Curve 9300 seems to be stuck in NUM Lock so I cannot enter the letters in my password.

Jun 18, 2012Earlier when I locked my iPhone the button got jammed, is there a way I can get it out myself (would it be worth trying to stick a small wire or pin underneath to un jam it?) or should I wait until have time to go to an apple store and get them to repair it?

Jun 22, 2015Having an annoying problem where when I'm doing something using the keyboard and put the phone down. I go to open the phone to the lock screen and the keyboard remains blocking my pattern to open the phone. The only way I can open my phone is to (double click) open the camera.

Today (April 18th) I noticed that the lock button isn't working and unfortunately I did not buy the apple care plan or any type of insurance on it. Is there anything I can do to get the issue fixed? The nearest genious bar is two hours away and I don't want to drive all the way over there just so they can tell me that they can't do anything about it.

(From wear and tear) It's out of warrantee so apple won't fix it, a genius did tell me to replace the button, so i ordered the parts from I-fixit and followed their guide. (http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Installing-iPhone-4-Power-Lock-Button/4332/1) After reassembly the new button is still stuck in! What am i missing here? is there a part that needs to be fixed other than the actual button?

Oct 14, 2014I'm running the latest Dev preview so I have Cyan. I had an event on my calendar for last night. It starting showing the day before, awesome, but today it won't go away. I even restarted the phone, no dice. Deleted yesterdays event from my calendar, still there.
Having issues with the lock screen and calendar events with Cyan? I did a hard reset after doing the Cyan update and I did not restore from a backup. Also my calendar item in question was one I put into my phones calendar and does not come from my sync'd email account calendar or anything.

Mar 15, 2015So i flashed the stock image and sideloaded 5.1 via WugFresh. Everything went fine and the phone told me i had to reboot it. I did and it sat on the google lock screen for way too long. I am able to hold down power button and volume and get back into recovery mode but the same thing keeps happening: stuck on the lockscreen.

I currently have an old email notification stuck on my lock screen, and also on the live tile. I have deleted the email, refreshed the account, restarted the phone.
Both lock screen and live tile now no longer show new mail.
Will these phones be getting regular updates?

Aug 21, 2010I have my 8530 set to lock after 5 minutes. Once the five minutes is up, it will lock (allowing me to put in my password). However, when I press and hold the A key, a message comes up on the screen saying
"Keypad is locked. Press the Mute button to unlock". so all i have to do is press the mute button, the phone isn't actually password locked.

Mar 10, 2011It is under a year old and I've had no problems with it until last week when the 'alt' symbol started to show on the screen and stay there. With a few clicks of the alt key and waiting patiently for up to 10 minutes, the symbol would disappear.
I started to use my alt key less and less in case there was something stuck under the key.
Today I didn't even press the alt key when the 'alt' symbol appeared on the screen and I've been left with a useless phone for the majority of the day. I can't do anything with it and I can't get the 'alt' symbol to go away.
I've removed the battery, waited for a few seconds and then re-inserted the battery, but even when the phone resets, the symbol is still there. It's driving me insane.

Mar 16, 2011since I switched to BlackBerry version 6, I can't the page which enables me to turn switch between wi-fi and wap, before I made the switch there was an option called something like "hotspot" or something and also the option of switching to my actual operators wap access, I've spent many frustrating hours searching for this page but still no luck.
I've paid my operator for the internet but it feels like I'm wasting my money if I can only use it via wi-fi at the moment.
