The SMS list does not appear draft messages correctly for one of my enterprise user. But the draft messages are appearing correctly when viewed from the master message list which used for all messages.
I have wiped out the handheld & restored the backup, but the problematic draft messages has gone missing now & everything works fine.
i have a 8310 curve and it's not working correctly.Everything on the phone works except the audio, both the speaker and mic, work intermittently. It's kind of hard to explain but the audio sounds very choppy and it is difficult to hear anything. I've tried a system wipe on the phone and that still didn't do anything.

View 6 Replies View RelatedOkay, I have been unable to get mail on my Blackberry Curve 9330 for some time. I have this phone under Verizon. quite awhile back during one of the updates not the last the one I did today or the last one but probably the one before it I'm assuming one of my email setups didn't directly download right causing it to screw up. It has nothing to do with resets on my phone I have tried numerous times resetting it and it doesn't work. Everytime I go into email setup, I go to Setup>Email Accounts>Internet Mail Account and then either it just freezes at the screen, or just goes back to the "Select the feature you want to set up screen" everytime. I have tried going into Service Books to try to send service books but it doesn't give me the option... I am unable to get into my Blackberry Internet Service account because I cannot remember my password - and I have done password restore or whatever and it said it has sent to my phone
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Curve 9300 which I back up completely (i.e.. all data) on a regular basis using the BB Desktop Software for my Mac.
Today (11 Jan 2012) I went to restore only 'Text Message' data from a back up I did on 9th Nov 2011.
On completion of the restore, 12 Text Messages we're restored to my device, but the actual message content is blank. I.e.. the messages appear showing the 'Sender' and the 'Date', but the actual message content is missing. The icon for the messages is the same 'green bubble with a pen' that appears with draft messages.
for the past few days when ever I send an email a red X appears by the email with an undefined error. The email sends correctly however. No changes were made that I am aware of.

Have searched a lot about this problem, but looks like nobody has faced this before.hen I open my contact list (or the message list) and then press the back button, they don't close. I have to press the home button to come out of them forcefully. I then can kill the messaging app by going in task manager but there is no such option for contact list. This problem occurs only for contact list and message list. Rest all apps I am able to close by pressing back button.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have 2 symbols on my phone. One is a little house with a chimney next to the Orange logo - it is sometimes green and sometimes red.
The other symbol is sometimes on the left of the 3G and I can only describe it as a box with a dot in the middle and a hook coming out of the top!
I had to reboot my phone and after the very long process I went on BBM add my friend list had gone? I went on my groups and people are still there but my list is gone, I can broadcast message them and search their name but I don't know where the list is gone. I have rebooted my phone again and still no there!

The contacts are there when I go to SMS someone but if I am trying to send a message through MMS (ie a picture) then the same contact search problem occurs.I am not the most technologically-minded of people but I really love this phone and I don't know what I have done wrong!!

I can manually type in the number and the contact name will come up. The call will go through then. However, even after a completed call, I cannot hit redial and complete the call again. I have to manually type it in each time. Is there a way to correct this?
