I tried pairing the devices and was successful but when I tried the transfer with the BB, I can only transfer one contact and it keeps transferring the same one. 2. pair the phones (you have to put one of the phones in discoverable mode)
3. find the menu choice (usually in the bluetooth section) on the old phone that says something like "Send Name Card" or "Send Phonebook" or "Send Contact List" - (you may need to acknowledge or OK the transfer on the new phone)
4. Your full phonebook/contact list will be automagically be sent via bluetooth between the two phones in a very short time (I transferred 306 contacts in 4 minutes)

I have a M540 and I am trying to transfer my contact list to a Yada YD-V22 hands free device. No matter what I have tried I haven't been able to do it. I keep getting stuck on downloading please wait. I have followed the instructions in the Yada manual, and there was no help in the Samsung manual. The device will answer the phone but there is no way I can voice dial from it. I have spent the last couple of hours trying to do this. Any help would be appreciated or the Yada goes back to the store where I bought it. With hands free being the law starting Monday in Ontario I would sure like to get it working.

The contacts are there when I go to SMS someone but if I am trying to send a message through MMS (ie a picture) then the same contact search problem occurs.I am not the most technologically-minded of people but I really love this phone and I don't know what I have done wrong!!

I can manually type in the number and the contact name will come up. The call will go through then. However, even after a completed call, I cannot hit redial and complete the call again.
