IPhone :: Movies On 3GS / HD Movies Worth Renting
Mar 14, 2010I'm getting ready to go on an airplane trip and planning on taking a couple of movies to watch on my iPhone 3Gs. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions:
1. Is the HD movies worth renting or is it just better to rent/buy the non-HD?
2. Will the iPhone last the entire movie without being connected to a charger?

Apr 18, 2012every time i sync my iphone i uncheck the movies and it still says they are on my phone and taking up memory even though they are not checked. If i uncheck sync all movies so no movies sync my status bar still shows 2 movies on the phone. not sure what to do or how to get them off without deleting the movies permanently.

Jun 1, 2012I am connected to my iTunes and everything is syncing fine except I want to sync a couple of movies from my library but I get the "The iPhone XX is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?" error. Why am I getting this error only for trying to sync movies but everything else is syncing? I am using the same appleID that I used to purchase the movies.

Dec 16, 2013I just got my new HTC one and copied few films from my PC to check out quality. Quality is great but no sound coming out sound is definitely working because i can play music files and demo movie files.
Its not playing .mkv files it seems... no problem with mp4's. I guess they need to be converted thats all...or maybe theres a player that will play mkv files ?

I get a picture and actually an amazing picture i might ad. But I get no sound. Could somebody tell me how to get sound or maybe it could be a converter. If it is could somebody tell what converter you guys use. A free converter. And I want the best possible picture I can get. I am so happy with the quality of picture but I have no sound.

Mar 22, 2012I record a movie with my iphone 4S. No problems there, I can watch them on the phone. I transfer them to iphoto 11 (v9.2.2) and they wont play. I hear the audio but I see a frozen screen. Now I drag the movies to my desktop and they play perfectly with quicktime. (When I transfer movies from my flip camera, they play in iphoto with no issues.) IPhone :: Manually Sync'ing Movies
Apr 1, 2012I am a OSX 10.7.3 and iOS 5.1 user and am unclear about sync'ing movies and videos from my mac to my iPhone. I've done lots of this in the other direction but I'm trying this direction for the first time.
On the iTunes Summary tab I have selected Manually Manage Music and Videos. Now I want to select Sync Movies on the Movies tab but I get this message: "All existing songs, movies, and TV shows will be removed from your iPhone and replaced with movies from your iTunes library." I'm very confused by this message.
Why would iPhone songs be removed when I'm trying to sync movies? Any other words of advice would also be apprectiated.

Apr 15, 2012I've hooked everything up properly. Movies play just fine from my iPad2 but when I try and play a movie that I loaded onto my iPhone the tv just says "no signal". Movie plays fine on the phone itself. I even plugged phone into power source thinking maybe the phone didn't have enough power to play a movie on tv. Still "no signal". I'm on vacation and hoped to watch a couple of movies.
