BB Curve :: Red Light Only Stays On For About A Minute
May 4, 2011So my phone completely died today and now it's on the wall charger and the red light only stays on for about a minute and then it won't turn on.

BB Bold :: Will Not Turn On 9000 - Red Light Stays On For Approx 1 Minute?
Sep 4, 2012My 9000 will not turn on. The red indicator light comes on and stays on for approx 1 minute. The screen then switches to white battery with a red "X" through it. I have tried other batteries that were verified to be good with the same results. I have tried other wall chagers with the same results.
I have repeatedly left the phone on charge for several hours, removed the battery and replaced it after a few moments with the same results.
This issue started after the battery became very depleted after leaving the phone on bedside mode overnight. The phone had been operating without any issues up until this point. It is approx 2 1/2 years old.
All my contacts are on the phone and have not been backed up or saved on the sim card.

I have tried reseting and it doesn't work. I am also getting the error message when I open my camera that I must close other applications before it will let me run my camera.

Dec 15, 2012A few days ago I stupidly dropped my xperia play in the bath. I let it dry out and place in rice in a sealed container for a few days to dry it out. However when I now power the phone up the camera flash light stays on and will not switch off even going into the camera settings and turning it off. I done the software repair download from the sony website but it hasn't helped.I also purchased a new battery as well. I am guessing it's going to need repaired but I thought I ask on here if anyone has ideas as to what would be causing the problem.
