ive rebooted my phone about 20 times now ive left it off all night with the battery out and it still wont work i tried to wipe it but after 6 hours it still didnt wipe, it just froze after rebooting everything loads like normal then after 1 minute of using and when im not using it it freezes completley but the light is still flashin?

I restarted it and after a minute it froze again, i pulled off the battery and rebooted again, it froze again so I waited for 10 minutes but still no response. Then i restarted again went into settings checked application memory n it was 45mb, after a minute again it froze. So i took off my memory card and restarted it again n didnt do anything for a while, i checked it n it froze again on main screen.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)

It goes on when the bar loads but as soon as it gets full, it just restarts the bar again and a little timer in the top left hand corner comes up everytime the bar goes full and re starts it's self.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm from Canada and every time i try to update my os to 7.1, it will not let me do so. It says I need to, but when I try to, my phone disconnects after starting to back up. I tried just backing it up manually, and again it says it disconnects. It always disconnects while it says backing up social feeds. I have a mac and use the blackberry desktop software, which I have uninstalled and reinstalled (updated) more than once.
