BB Curve :: 9360 Freezes After 1 Minute?
Jan 14, 2012ive rebooted my phone about 20 times now ive left it off all night with the battery out and it still wont work i tried to wipe it but after 6 hours it still didnt wipe, it just froze after rebooting everything loads like normal then after 1 minute of using and when im not using it it freezes completley but the light is still flashin?

Nov 9, 2012My blackberry curve 9360 freezes completely everywhere. I saved a picture from web (i have around 150+ pictures saved in memory card) my phone just froze. I restarted it and after a minute it froze again, i pulled off the battery and rebooted again, it froze again so I waited for 10 minutes but still no response. Then i restarted again went into settings checked application memory n it was 45mb, after a minute again it froze. So i took off my memory card and restarted it again n didnt do anything for a while, i checked it n it froze again on main screen.

Jul 15, 2012I have tried updating my blackberry curve 9360, this went fine until it all needed backing up. it started backing up fine until it reached social feeds where it has froze. I've taken my battery out to try restarting it but it returns to my backup straight away when I turn it back on and I cannot get off this page as it has froze.

Sep 20, 2015I bought this brad new xperia z2 three months ago. I have this problem since the beginning. the phone freezes and restarts time b time when i am using it or sometimes even when i press the unlock key to use it the screen shows up and freezes then restart. most of the time it restarts when its on charging and the battery is above 90% and it always restarts when i use it after the battery is fully recharged. Now yesterday it restarted around 15 times and its becoming pain you know. I have it on the kitkat software didn't update to lolipop. I am not using simcard and i also tried using without  sd card.

Jan 1, 2013Well I really had my hopes up for this phone, and dumped my iPhone 5 for it... now I regret it, the phone freezes almost everyday it froze the 2nd day I bought it while I was talking through a Bluetooth headset, the day after that it froze while switching between calls... and today it also froze while I was talking through my car's Bluetooth set... I don't know what's the problem with this phone and also the camera is not that good and doesn't deserve all that hype. Nokia & Microsoft you'd better fix these issues because although the Lumia 920 has many good features, I can't stand it for this regularly freezing.
P.S. I'm currently in Saudi Arabia and the Nokia Care staff here are totally useless, shame on you Nokia you should've hired a qualified staff at least.

Jan 29, 2015everytime I try to take a video, when I am done and I press the stop or pause button, my entire camera locks up. The only way I can make it come back on is to push the home button then use my task manager to close programs. This was ok for a while however now when I do that I'm also losing the video I had recorded. I've had the phone since September 2014. I also have this problem with my s3 but not from the beginning.

Jul 23, 2011My Storm 9550 has recently started getting reeeeeeally laggy at times. It'll be working fine then it will start lagging really bad. This will happen for about 20 minutes, then it will go back to normal. Then after another hour of use it will do it again. I've tried restoring the phone, and I've always done regular battery pulls and nothing seems to help. I didn't download any new software or anything, it just started happening. I loved this phone for the year I had it until this started happening.

Aug 12, 2010I am using BB 8520 Curve with the default external memory (2 Gb). I have music files (*.mp3, *.wma) as well as picture files (captured through the device itself).What happens is, from time to time I am unable to access the media card content. If I go to music, I can see the entries if I go to any of the menu filters, All Songs/Artists/Albums/Genres .. etc. But when I click on the song itself, the music player opens with a message "This playlist contains no valid songs". Also, during this time, my device rings with the default tunes on a call, even if I have set custom profile ring tones.Similarly, if I go to Media->Pictures, I can see a thumbnail preview of the photos, however on trying to open a file it just presents me with a black screen. The contact picture or the desktop custom wallpaper, however is rendered as expected.If I reboot my device by taking off the battery, things get working again.I am experiencing this issue quite frequently, almost every day. I tried to find out a trend for the behaviour, however could not make any such consistent observations.Does anyone in the forum has faced similar issue? Any inputs would be highly appreciated. This is really being a disturbing trait with my otherwise so cool BB.

Mar 19, 2010I went to a different time zone last month and of course changed my clock on my Curve 8520 to that zone (6 hours ahead of my home zone EST). Of course when I returned I changed back. Since then every time I sync to my computer the zone changes to a different time (7 hours behind my zone). Also now after a sync when I click on the clock icon it shows 2 analog clocks. One large one with the new wrong time and a small one to the left showing the correct time. After I reset the time I get only one large analog clock showing the correct time until I resync again.I have checked and rechecked the settings. I have changed the date/time source setting from 'Blackberry' Network Time to 'Network' Time and this does not make any difference. I've pulled the battery. I've reset the sync maagement options.What a pain having to change the time every time I sync. I've called my service provider (rogers) and they went through the same steps I have already tried.

It says contact service provider when i goingt o use third party applications. BIt dosent correct the issue when i restart my phone either. But when i switch off the phone and replace battey. then wait few seconds and again switch on the phone internet is working fine for some time.Im curious about this issue hence its a intermittentl one. Dec 1, 2012My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)

May 25, 2012I got a blackberry 9360 on contract about 6 months ago the first bb got some software problems and vodacom gave me a new one the second bb just started switching off wile I am using it so on I gave it in for repairs and they gave me a new one again so now I am on my third blackberry 9360 that is just giving me problems the same as the second one did just switching off about ten times a day The place I have my contract with is just telling me to go to the head office and speak to the people there?
