My blackberry freezes at about 55%-65% of the startup bar for a long time, everytime I take out the battery and restart it, it; it freezes at the same spot.

Just got a refurbished D2G, the Nav app takes a long time to long on > 10min sometimes. Anyone else having this issue? Called VZW up they claim that google pushed out an update which breaks Nav. I called BS, then he tried to blame it on the hurricane.I have been through 4 of these phones, all with different annoying problems, Getting tired of it.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI work out in the middle of nowhere quite often, where phone signal is either very weak, or non-existent. (I am with Orange BTW). The problem seems to be that when I have been out of signal range for a while, (shortest period so far about 30 mins), and I come back into range, my BB doesn't automatically pick the signal up. The only way that I know to re-gain the signal, is to turn the phone off (red button not battery re-boot!) and back on again. The phone then finds the signal and everything is normal again......that is until I go out of range again! Is there a shortcut to re capture the mobile signal rather than off/on?
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy blackberry always has a superlong pause 3/4 way through at the bootup! It takes so long sometimes I think its frozen. It can take almost a half hour to power on. It always did this but for some reason after the update to 607 it takes exceptionally long. Does anyone else have this problem? What could be the cause!
View 10 Replies View Relatedafter trying to reboot my Blackberry Curve 8520 it gets stuck on about 3/4 of the way though the loading bar. I've tried this at least 10 times and leaving it for up to 3 hours but it still won't turn on. After some internet researched I've tried rebooting it though the blackberry desktop manager, though the app loader. Which will work up to the point where you select applications and they are all grayed out giving no other option but to cancel. I have tried this over 10 times too. I have also tried wiping and restarting though JL_CMder but that won;t work because my phone can't connect to my computer for longer than 3 seconds. Please can someone help me because I've ran out of ideas? The term for this problem around some forums seems to be that the phone in 'Nuked'

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have an XPRT that I obtained from Sprint 30 days ago. Like phone but having issues with screen freezing up when phone turned on. I travel and must turn off phone when getting on plane. Once I get off, I turn on XPRT and it appears to boot up but then freezes or the screen goes blank. I pull the battery, re-insert battery, and power on. Same thing will happen again so I pull battery and go through same cycle. Usually after two cycles, the phone is fine but it can take 4 or more. I took the phone back to the Sprint store where it was purchase and it happened to the tech while he was trouble-shooting this problem. He did not have an answer and he looked at widgets and aps and saw nothing unusual. All apps or widgets are either from Android market or Motorola. Phone has been charged using Motorola supplied charger. Sprint store took back this phone and game me a new one. Seemed to work ok but just go back from trip and same issues. I turned the phone off last evening and turned it on this morning. It would boot up but took 4 cycles to quit either freezing or blank screen. This is getting to be a painful solution. I do have the latest software installed.

Earlier today after I woke up, I was just gonna check something on my phone, when I was met with several errors saying that this and that programmed had stopped working. I chose the option "ok" on all of them because the other option report would not really get me anywhere. The thing was these errors kept coming repeating themselves (same apps getting errors repeatedly).
So after 10 min of just pressing ok on these errors I decided to reboot my phone, but when I came to the startup it stops/freezes on the SONY EXPERIA display. I can't trun it off with the on/off button, so I searched everywhere on the internet about this issue but none of the classic hold volume down + volume up + on/off button to turn it off gets me past the freeze after it goes off.
I bought this brad new xperia z2 three months ago. I have this problem since the beginning. the phone freezes and restarts time b time when i am using it or sometimes even when i press the unlock key to use it the screen shows up and freezes then restart. most of the time it restarts when its on charging and the battery is above 90% and it always restarts when i use it after the battery is fully recharged. Now yesterday it restarted around 15 times and its becoming pain you know. I have it on the kitkat software didn't update to lolipop. I am not using simcard and i also tried using without  sd card.

I've tried deleting it, and installing it again, but that just made me loose my saved runs, so I restored my phone from a backup, and now the app is there and should contain my data, but it quits on startup!

I've recently started getting a problem where my text message program freezes if my phone turns off the screen (i.e. me being inactive for a while). When I get back again it says I can either wait for it to respond or terminate the process. If I wait it unfreezes, but it is still very irritating that it happens every time.
And who's incredibly stupid idea was it to make long SMS messages into MMS-messages? I have problems with my messages not being sent properly, or being sent only partially, all the time. Is there any way to change back so it just adds more text messages instead of converting into MMS?
I use the standard text messaging program that came with my X10 mini pro, and I'd rather not switch since I found it quite good until after recent updates when I got these problems.
My phone battery has a x8 only a day after the proper loading, if I had not even been on the web, is called, has not played, not listened to music, and more and mor..... How long have you x8 on the battery? I've already tried all things: all things are turned off, screen brightness reduced. I bought this phone just a week ago.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the HTC One M8 (developer's edition). It was an unlocked AT&T phone but I am using it on Net 10. The data via wireless is fine. If I switch to mobile data I can use any of the android apps (Facebook, mail, etc), I can even use google search and get a results page.....BUT if I click on one of the links that shows up after a search......the page NEVER loads. The progress bar starts but then just stops. No error message. This happens in all browsers on all pages. I've tried alternate apn settings. It seems to happen only in LTE. If I disable LTE then it works fine but why should I have to settle for a slower connection. HTC says its a carrier issue.
View 1 Replies View RelatedEvery time I try to sync my iPhone, whether it's with the usb cable or over wifi, it gets stuck at 'step 7 of 7, waiting for items to copy'. Generally it waits there for about 15 minutes and then starts copying thousands of tracks. There's no apparant problem with the music that it's trying to copy to the phone & it's not doing it with the entire library. I know it's not a major problem, but an action that used to take a few minutes at most, has started to take up to an hour.

View 6 Replies View RelatedHaving a bit of problems with my 8520.1st of all-when the battery is very low (which is everyday, as the battery is only lasting a few hours) it cuts off completely and when switched on, it takes a long long time to come on (getting white screen with hourglass. When it comes back on, it has erased all information which has been previously stored...fone numbers/messages etc.When trying to delete apps, it cuts off again.I dont know if settings are to blame or what, but it is really getting annoying!! Have lost a couple of important numbers and messages because it seems to have reset itself.
