tried to log into my app world this morning and it keeps asking me fo the user id, which is already there, it also wont connect to certain pages on facebook, I have tried the alt+rst and nothing happens.

I turned it off and on again, but it would only fill up three quarters of the bar on the loading up screen. I then took the battery out left it for a while put it back in, and it has done exactly the same thing. What I can do to get my blackberry working again.

I've tried Skype an hour ago and it worked just fine. But since then, I haven't been able to login again. When I try, I get stuck with the "logging in" screen.
I just came back from Europe where I shut my phone off. To start getting emails again I have to sign in with user name and password. BUT my phone is not seeing my user name. Error message is "Blank user name..." even though my correct UN and password are there.

When I try to log on I get the message that my iCloud account has not been verified and to check my e-mail.I am usign the same username and password as my iTunes account and that is the same one I logged on to get to this site. Check to see if I have the service book for msn messenger and I do. The error for messenger is: "connection error 65: problem receiving data from the server." I've toyed with all the settings and tried some of the tricks that seemed to work in the past (hitting home instead of back not restarting etc) and everytime I so much as close the application it resets back to showing "all" which includes my texts. Is there a way other than downloading an external app to fix this?

I've tried the option of setting via the Advanced Options > TCP/IP > APN and ticking the APN box and typing "Internet", and my App World still gives me the same error message, I rebooted my phone after the setting and tried to access the app world, still got an error message, i tried it without rebooting and the results are still the same. What do I do now?

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy BB ID works on the Blackberry website, but I can't use the BB ID on my new Bold 9900 (it says 'unable to log into your Blackberry ID account'). Vodafone suggested I cleaned the memory (options, security, advanced security, memory cleaning), and then tried to delete my old BBID (the one that worked on my old Bold 9700) and set up a new BBID, but that didn't work either. After looking online others have tried security wipes but many say they haven't worked. The app is not showing up in the "My World" as downloaded. But when I go to re-download the "Score Mobile" app, it does not give me the option to download it. The download button does not come up for this app on my phone. I was wondering how to fix this and be able to download the app. I have a BB Curve 9380.

"Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" And I get the same error every time I try to run App World. I have tried uninstalling App World and re-installing, Wipe the phone and install before restoring from my back up and I get the same error.So here I am now with an empty phone and no working App World to get my apps back.
