I am having an issues lately with every time my Curve 8330 is connected to the computer it installs the device drivers. any know why this is happening?? How can I stop it?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have installed Nokia Suite twice (after first uninstalling it and removing all the drivers) and Nokia software update once, but neither product can see the phone connected by the USB cable. Windows is able to load some of the drivers, but depending on the time 3 or 4 of the 7 or 8 items windows tries to install fail. ie Nokia N86 USB LCIF fails, Nokia N86 USB Generic fails. Device manager has a flag on all phone related items, except for Nokia N86 USB Phone Parent. During the software installs the software sees a phone and asks for it to be removed before continuing with the install, which I comply with. So the software at least partially sees it. The phone is connected by the Nokia supplied cable directly to the motherboard in PC mode and this is a fresh (1 week old) install of Win 7 64.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI downloaded the X10 Mini drivers to be able to debug using the Netbeans Android SDK addon. Now, how do I install them? I have the sa0101usb.inf file (and all the rest in the SEMC_Signed folder). I right-click and click Install, but I get the following error: "The INF file you selected does not support this method of installation". I have also tried "upgrading the driver" of "PHONE CARD" under "Portable Devices" in the Device Manager, but the driver does not seem compatible with the device (according to Windows).

View 1 Replies View RelatedI get an error that says "This device cannot charge your phone" and clicking more information tells me I don't have the USB drivers installed. Two problems. The first is that I have the desktop app which supposeduly was supposed to install these automatically, and second was that the first time I saw this error, I had it plugged into the wall via a USB -> AC adapter. So, no computer involved.I'm getting seriously frustrated, because I've already had to take the phone back twice for replacement and a new battery. View 1 Replies View RelatedAbout an hour ago my phone started acting weird. Everytime I tried to use the keyboard it closed whatever I was doign down (I was trying to send a text, but it closed down google and anything else I tried to experiment using the keyboard with).
So I tried turning it off and on again. Then I took the battery out for a couple of minutes (and put it back in)I was just thinking about a system reset when it stopped turning on. I get a couple of flashing red lights sometimes. Occasionally it turns on, same keyboard problem, black screen within a minute.
I try and use the PC companion to update the software, but it connects, then tells me to pull the bar down from the top and click connect - there is no bar. It's just the charging screen. Turning the phone back on disconnects it.
My iPhone 4s won't connect to my car head unit it comes up connected and then half way thought it comes up as not connected and when I try to connect again it come up as device is out of range even when the phone is right next to it?

I have bought my n82 since 1 year already and was happily using it when I noticed that my messages are failing everytime and the phone is resending it (or rescheduling to resend it) and ALL the time it fails, and it reschedules to infinity.I paid this mobile from the sweat of my work and now it is failing after only one year? The destinator of my message sometimes call back and tell me that they have received 5 times the SAME message from me BUTTTT the phone is saying message rechedule (as it failed). I have had this problem some months back. And I did a hard reset and firmware upgrade to 31version. It was ok for 3 months, and now the problem is BACKK.My message centre is good, I even tried to use the network of only gsm - no success.
Ok first off my name is ughwtf because everytime I tried to type in a username it wouldn't do anything so I got annoyed and typed ughwtf and of course it worked. Second off this sight is not very helpful as when I was signing up it didn't even have my phone listed as a choice. My problem is that I do not have backup and restore on my Sony X10 phone and I am trying to update it to android 2.1. I follow the program and it takes me to the site to download backup and restore (which also doesn't have x10 as a model to choose from) and after I download the file on my phone it says blocked for security purposes because it's not from the market. In the instructions (which are for a mini because it doesn't include just a regular x10) it shows the option to allow non market downloads, however on a x10 I cannot find that option under settings or anywhere.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I've done 2 updates with my somewhat new 9700 Bold 2 with my Mac using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac. I will do backups and syncs before each of my updates always but unfortunately my 9700 fresh out of update has barely any Apps on it (not even all the default apps like AIM, ICQ, Maps, etc.). I'll have to get Desktop Manager going again to find out I need to click on the "Applications" tab and add back all of the original included Applications.
They don't even have all the Apps that I downloaded in that "applications" tab section via BlackBerry App World! Where did all of those Apps go? (Messenger, Poynt, Google Maps, etc.) I'm sick and tired of having to redownload all the apps that I want from App World every time an update rolls around. It's an unlocked Bell 9700 (using Rogers)
I recently upgraded to software version 5.1 for my iPhone 4 and version 10.6.0.40 for iTunes for Windows. Ever since then regardless of when I sync, even if it was one minute ago and no changes were made, either 188 or 193 songs sync and they seem to be the same ones. I tried restarting my computer as sometimes that seems to fix these little annoying glitches but that didn't work.

So I have the Iphone 4 with the new IOS 5.1. Ever since I downloaded the operating system to my phone, Itunes crashes when I plug my phone into my computer. the itunes app on my phone works fine, but is frustrating because I have many movies and music stored on my computer that I cannot get to because of this freezing issue. Before I had updated to the most recent IOS it worked just fine. you would think that apple would have fixed this issue by now because I am not the only one with this problem.
