I get an error that says "This device cannot charge your phone" and clicking more information tells me I don't have the USB drivers installed. Two problems. The first is that I have the desktop app which supposeduly was supposed to install these automatically, and second was that the first time I saw this error, I had it plugged into the wall via a USB -> AC adapter. So, no computer involved.I'm getting seriously frustrated, because I've already had to take the phone back twice for replacement and a new battery. This seems like it can be fixed on my end, but I can't find a download for the drivers.
I have a curve 9300 v5.0 it was working fine I think that it was because I was trying to update to the last version of it, but it didn't work and show some kind of error, after this the bbm was working and the next day the icon was Gonne! I already reboot my phone, wipe it (reset) and started from scratch but nothing seems to work! My icon is not there! When I tried to install blackberry messenger again it said that the application already exist! idk what else to do!!! Can anyone please help me! Also when I tried to work on it form my PC it said that my device has not enough memory!
I recently noticed that my Blackberry App World icon was missing from my home screen. I drilled into each of the sub folders, selecting 'show all' for each, and still could not find the icon. I attempted to re-download the app from the blackberry website using my browser, but was informed that I already had the application on my device. I then attempted to replace the existing version, and still no icon.I then decided to navigate to the application center and remove the app world application. I then navigated back to my browser (cleared the cache) and attempted to download the app. I received a 'download failed' notification, with the details of 'Invalid COD error 907' message (or something to that affect).
Specs: Device: Curve 9300 Carrier: Vodaphone UK OS: 6.0 Bundle (v6.0.0.448, platform 6.6.0.124) App world: v2.1.1.19 (i think)
After installing OS6 on my Blackberry 9300 the icon for Blackberry App World has disappeared. App World is installed in the application list but the icon does not appear on the Home screen even after the show all command.
I own a Nokia 5230. I am having problems using the Bluetooth functionality. When connecting to my computer (Windows 7 64) via usb I have no issues, but over bluetooth I get 3 uninstalled components which are listed as Bluetooth Peripheral Device in Device Manager.I have not fully tested my bluetooth functionality yet, but I do know that when I try to listen to the audio through my computer speakers or use a headset set up to my computer it doesn't work properly. What do I need to do?
Upgraded my 9300 Curve from OS5 to OS6 but Application Center Icon is missing. The application is listed on the Application Manager but nowhere to be found on the Menu even after trying to show all application icons. Tried to reinstall and wipe the system several times but the problem still persists.

I am having an issues lately with every time my Curve 8330 is connected to the computer it installs the device drivers. any know why this is happening?? How can I stop it?
I am experiencing very frustrating battery issues on my BB Curve 9300. I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application. In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.
I finally joined the BB community and I am really enjoying my 9300 Curve.Recently I saw that a friend of mine had the OS 6 system on and I have been trying to upgrade my OS 5 to 6. However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.
I downloaded the new O.S. 6.O for my curve 9300 i was wondering if anyone expericed that when you are in Facebook it jumps around very fast the cursor. I also was wondering if this new 6.O was for people with touchscreen. It seems to move very fast.Does anyone know how I can slow it down.
this is my second blackberry curve 9300 and with this one I am unable to get 3G anywhere and in fact struggle to get signal anywhere. I also only receive text messages that are only 1 page long anything longer than that and it just says"[receiving text]".
I've a 9300 on T-Mobile UK with BB Worldwide booster, which I thought was for email. At the top right is "3G BB (icon)". I think the BB refers to the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)..I'm in France and have used by BB to connect to the internet directly and also using it as a 3G modem via Desktop Software to my netbook. After downloading several MBs of data, I am relieved to find that although all the MBs of data appear on my account, using Orange france, there is not a single charge for the data. I am assuming that using the BIS also includes www data as well as email.
There are also some BlackBerry.net entries - which I assume are for the GPS maps etc.
I bought a blackberry curve 9300 4 days ago and today it fully ran out of charge. I put it on charge and now it won't charge or switch on. If I take the battery out and put it back in and then put it on charge, a red light comes on for about 10-15 seconds and then nothing else happens. Ive only had it 4 days and this has never happened before.
Bought Blackberry curve 9300 yesterday. All working fine up to about 10 minutes ago when it just turned off.I removed battery and put it back in, only for the red light to come on for about 5 seconds. Then go out.
my b.b 9300 has been switching off on its own for the past week and then reloading. today, it did it again, got half way across and then the screen turned white. it has now gone into squared off bits with a black splodge with green edging around the splodge. what is it and how will the shop react to me taking it back. it does look like it has been dropped but, i know it hasnt. It this a regular problem with the 9300's?
i have Black Berry 9300..whos PIN is not working..plzz resolve my problem..i lives in DUBAI,if any Black Berry service center is available in my area what should i do with my Black Berry set..with BBM service it is useless for me..
I have a Blackberry Curve 9300. It had charge in it Saturday night... I went to bed woke up Sunday morning ... and it was off.
It will not turn on its competely dead, its not wet or anything. I tried to charge. No use, no red light coming on. I used a friends charged. It does nothing whatsoever. I have tried to 'wedge' paper to getthe battery to make better contact as i thought it maybe a bit loose
I bought a curve 9300 so I could use BBM. I have an Orange pay as you go contract and I downloaded BBM onto the phone. When I try to send an invitation to friends it says pending all the time. We went to Orange but they said that it was nothing they could do.
I have just purchased my first blackberry and i can,t get the bbm to work on it. When i send my pin to friends it does not get sent and when they send to me all i get is pending, it has been like this since i had it. I never purchased it brand new but it had hardley been used. It had windows live messenger on so i removed it thinking that it was not compatible using the two and done loads of reboots also. I am on the 3 network do i have to register the phone for their network for it to work have ask friends this and they say theirs work striaigt away. Also having probs with signing in with my facebook account it keeps telling me to contact server
I am having a problem with my bb 9300 that I have for about a few days ago, and I haven't had been able to connect it to the 3G. As final option they have said me: or to contact with the blackberry team (what it's impossible because the only number I've found redirect me to my carrier) or to send the device to the technical service (what I don't want).I have an Internet Plan and the Blackberry Service activated. I can also navigate perfectly, and use app like messenger, but with the GPRS speed, not the 3G.
I'm having lots of problems with my blackberry, sometime it freeze, giving me a white screen with a clock, and it can last 10 mins, and sometime i must reboot it. it used to be one of the best phone i had, turned into a frustrating device. sometimes i'm writing a text message, and it suddenly stops writing, and freeze. my battery life is a lot shorter too.
Yesterday Morning I put my BB Curve 9300 on charge for around an hour to get its 100% battery back as I would be traveling for a while in the car with out any source to plug my BB in, My BB was perfectly fine. Throughout the day I used BBM quite a bit and some of the games that I had installed onto my BB. Around 3pm I notice my BB was very low on battery so I put it on charge and left it for 30 minutes and returning only to find out it had not charged at all and the battery was empty> I had checked to make sure my charger was firmly in the plug socket which it was and made sure the cable had not come loose from my BB which it had not. I took the battery out of my BB and gave it a good blow and the inside of the BB too as this normally works. I put my battery back in and a solid red light came on which then faded. Usually When you put the battery back in the phone starts up and it works fine but now the red solid light will not even show.
I have tried leaving it on charge over night and that has not worked helped at all
P.S. I have had my Blackberry Curve 9300 for just a week as it was a replacement given to me by my provider when my last Blackberry failed to work.
