View 7 Replies View RelatedI have noticed that every time I reboot my phone once its back on all my contacts that I have loaded in my phone book since I received my blackberry (not the original phone numbers on my sim) are gone. I lose them every time. Why does that happen? All my contacts are actually missing but I can still save my sim contacts back onto my face but seriously this is annoying and not why I got this phone so I can spend 30 min getting my numbers visible again and also losing all new. I have to now save them on paper.

I have tried deleting the facebook application and reinstalling it, but the 5F symbol is still there!!
It will go up in number and have a star next to it when there are new notifications for me to view, but it's really annoying me that it's there all the time and its wrong!

To get into this I click on applications then facebook I prefer to get into facebook this way rather than clicking on the globe. It then gives me the option to enter my facebook email address and password once I've done this I click on login. It very rarely lets me on a box keeps coming up saying unknown error or login expired. It occasionally lets me on after trying to log in about 50 times. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it but still no difference.

I can connect to Facebok through the usual Yahoo, Google but not the Blackberry specific Icon. View 9 Replies View RelatedI've had my curve for a few months with no problems until tonight. I hadn't backed my phones info up for a couple of months so I thought I would do it earlier on today. I back everything up fine on my computer but the blackberry software crashed when it was trying to restore the info from my phone { I don't know why it was trying to restore everything cause I've never done that before.} so I tried to reinstall my backup onto my phone and it seemed to work. I switched my phone back on it was working, I tried to go onto facebook and I got "A connection cannot be established to the Facebook server." so I uninstalled the facebook app and waited for the phone to reset and reload. it took ages and about 3 battery removals to get the phone to load up to the password screen, and when it did get passed that, the phone wont let me click on my text message or email shortcut. I switched the phone off and saw a white screen with an error number of app err 523. My phone has been fine since I bought it until tonight.

After few auto reboots my N97 stuck at NOKIA log and doesn't boot further, I tried by removing the battery for some time, it's still stuck at NOKIA log. Then I have to do a hard reset of my phone and it works fine for a day or two. And same issue again. Also I have tried to reinstall the firmware again with NSU.

When I turn my Lumia 1020 off and then on the time resets to 3am 20th july even when i change it before hand. It started doing this when i accidentally held the volume down button to switch it on and it came up with a lightning bolt and cog. Then i managed to turn the phone on and now every time i turn my phone off and on the time resets.

I have a Torch 9810. It turned off by itself and now when I try to reboot it. I get a white screen that says App Error 200 with a little black box that says Reset in it. When I try to touch the word reset - nothing happens. If I press my pad the phone reboots and the same message appears.
