View 1 Replies View RelatedI was in the wifi manager, intending to search for wifi in the area, when an error message flashed up (I didn't get time to read it all although it said reset? at the end). Then my phone went to a white screen with the timer clock on it and it has been like that since (about 6 hours). I tried taking the battery out, and the battery and the SIM card - leaving both out for 2 hours, but as soon as I put the battery back in the timer clock screen came back.

Before, it would fill up, then like 2 seconds later the carrier splash page would come up and then my homescreen. Now, it stays on the black Blackberry loading page for at least 10 seconds before the carrier logo comes up. Is this normal? I don't my phone to die on me or something.

Tried using the BDM to "switch devices" and it was LOADS of problems installed the newest one. THOUGHT I finally was able to transfer all the info to my new phone, but here's where the real problem starts Okay, when it starts to reboot, that progress bar fills ALLLL the way up, sits there for like 2 minutes, and then restarts AGAIN with the little red light, the progress bar fills ALLLL the way up, sits there for like 2 minutes, and then restarts YET AGAIN and it's been doing this for the last 10 hours! I have a Torch 9810. It turned off by itself and now when I try to reboot it. I get a white screen that says App Error 200 with a little black box that says Reset in it. When I try to touch the word reset - nothing happens. If I press my pad the phone reboots and the same message appears. I am afraid that I will lose all my pictures and info that I have saved on the phone.

View 4 Replies View Relatedafter having experienced twice the problem about the Media Card error upon a reboot and after having read hundreds of posts only about how to fix the problem, I tryed to think about what are the causes of this upsetting behaviour.Giving that the SD Card should be error free proven, these are my considerations:
1) When the phone shutdowns unexpectedly (e.g. battery drain or battery pull upon a freeze) Media Card is not safely unmounted, so if there were media files open by applications, the reboot finds them corrupted. NOTE that it couldn't be the very first reboot after a battery drain; maybe the files get corrupted only afer having accessed once again;
2) If using a SD Card of a Class higher than 2 (as far as I remember, the speed of the reader on the phone), it could happen that some transaction between the phone and the card is not closed correctly because the card response is higher than the phone can manage.I'd like to end up with some ideas in order to reduce the probability of this issue, that is anyway an unquestionably bug from RIM.

When I try and reboot through the Xposed Framework I get the following error message everytime:

I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem.....every time I reboot my phone, I get this message "Application_net_rim_bb_phone_app(47) is not responding. I am on sprint and running .419. I can make phone calls and everything, but just curious what that error message means.
Also, I am no longer getting MMS messages with this update, everything comes through as a SMS, and I have to use that dreaded sprint picture mail to see the message. In which the message never comes out clear.....

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.
I tried plugging it into a wall charger for a day, i tried leaving it unplugged for a day, i tried leaving it plugged into the wall without the battery in for a day. I do not think it is the battery or charging related. Oh, and i have 2 batteries, neither let it boot.
So, i tried all the suggestions about App loader. The PIN is not recognized UNLESS, i plug it in without a battery (after i see the charging icon with red X on the screen). If i try to continue, nothing happens until i put in the battery, which immediately removes my PIN to PIN Unknown or whatever. So, it will continue and loader will freeze at step 2, device initialization.
Anyone had this exact issue or know how to get passed this point?
For reference, i never dropped it or damaged it. Actually i haven;t been using this phone, i decided to update it, all went well. Took the battery out and left it for a couple weeks. Went back to use it and this is what i got. Oh, and I tried JL_CMNDR and nothing happens.
Like i said, no error screen, i get a red LED, it attempts to boot up, but it barely moves and then I get black screen and red LED again and it just loops this process.
* I do have the extra ATT Insurance. However, I've had it for 1.5 years and it has been externally modded to ****. I could easily change it back to stock parts, but the "sticker" is gone. 1. Would ATT let me exchange it? 2. Does it have all my info on it?

- Removing the wi-fi setting and reentering them.
- Entering the details manually
- Removing the battery and rebooting the phone
- Reinstally the os over the computer

After uninstalling an app I rebooted the phone. Now it won't fully turn on (it takes a long time to load to white screen of my carrier) and the screen stays at that point. I've tried taking the battery out. The only way I can get it past the white screen is if I take out the sim card which doesn't help matters much.

ZonaSnap , QuickLaunch, Blink all preloaded during each test. 8 Email Accounts, about 80 read emails, and 100+ sms, 41 apps anyone that is getting 1-2min reboot please post your settings.
Just installed the free app PAndas vs Ninjas and now my phone will not reboot . Goes half way thorigh the process then restarts. Ive removed the battery and reinserted it but no change.

Disable wifi and LTE data - (no change)
I'm not really sure what to do at this point and am starting to wonder if this is a hardware issue, not software. This phone has never been rooted, and in fact is just under a month old (my previous, never had an issue with it S5 died a horrible death at 25mph from the hood of my car) so didn't even have all of the apps I normally use installed.
