I've had my phone since october and I Can't receive picture messages OR set up personal bbm. When I go to setup wizard-email setup it says select an email setup option: I want to use a work user with blackberry eneterprise user! That's ALL it says. I've tried hosting a rout table about 50 times and it don't work?

I can send pics but just can't receive.It keeps saying my built in media support is full and my memory card is full. but its not.I have a 8520 curve, vodacom network. It just started recently. I could receive before. And I downloaded the new version of bbm some time back. I tried soft reboot and hard reboot.I've deleted and reinstalled bbm but nothing. my options under memory are set as media card support: ON,mass storage support on. I have a 8gig memory card.

I bought a new unlocked phone on ebay and there is no MMS text option on the new phone and I cannot send or receive pictures. My plan is the same one I had with the old phone and the MMS text worked on my old phone.

I tried to look around for a solution but couldn't find. i am aware on how to activate bluetooth/pairing/encryption etc. also couldn't find any option " like receive media via bluetooth " in oS 6.0 which i see others have suggested.
whenever he sends me a file its prompts me to recieve which i accept. then it indicator shows its receiving on the other hand my fd shows 100% transfer my BB automatically disconnects the connections. i dont find anywhere this file was received neither phone ask me to save anywhere.
I got a big problem I can't receive texts or pictures my contacts send to me ! But they can got mine. And everything it's okay (internet, call...)

They show up fine in outlook and webmail, but on the Xoom they show up with tiny placeholders (boxes with green question marksressing on "show pictures" does not help. I ve been using BB Torch for about 6 mths now. Got no trouble for the first couple of months, but this past 1-2 months, my family couldn't send any pictures through blackberry messenger anymore. We live quite in different part of countries, and always contact each other by sending photos through BBM. They tried to send from different kinds of Blackberry phone (torch, curve, bold, etc), but it just not working. It said that when they try to send the pictures, my Blackberry replied " ...was unable to save thw file" (either its thw or the). So, now every time we want to send a photo, we will put it in profile pict. It's getting frustrating now!! Anyway, I'm not very good at technology, so I don't know what I should do.

I've done the Settings>More>Internet Settings (Download settings for internet and MMS) thing, and my internet browsing is and always has been fine. If I turn Wi-Fi off and choose to browse via 2G, it's next to useless, but it DOES work. When I get into a 3/4G area it works as you'd expect without me changing any settings.In a 2G only area, a ~256K image should still be able to be received and sent, albeit with a slight wait, shouldn't it?
The message I get when people try to send me something is "Message not downloaded", and although I can press and hold to select "Download message", it still doesn't work. WHen I try to send, I get "Message queued for sending", after about 5 minutes. I've read about that message lots of times, but it seems the answer is always that the user hasn't downloaded the correct internet/MMS settings, which I have.I'm on O2, UK, and am on a contract with data available (and it won't deny me more data if I go over my limit).

I checked the apn settings & everything is correct. When I go to access point in settings it just closes on me. I'm using a unlocked ATT 1520 on T mobile. This is my 5th windows phone but I think it might be my last. The only reason I went with windows phone was because I loved Nokia. Now with all this Microsoft bs going on I might just sell my phone & my surface pro 2.

I was curious if anyone could help me with this problem. Any time someone sends me a picture, it won't go through. I have tried in both chomp and my default setting, and it won't work.All it does is keep ringing as if I have a new text. But when I click on it, nothing comes through. So then, I close it/delete the conversation and then it starts ringing again.
