I Can't Add People Or Receive Invitations From Friends On My Blackberry Messenger..It Used To Work A few Months Ago But Now It Don't. I have Updated It And It Don't Work.
View 1 RepliesI got the blackberry torch 9860 & I had a problem with the IBM (Can't send or receive any invitations). I called my network customer service and they informed me that the service is successfully activated to my Sim card & that this problem is with the new blackberry products.

I've already made sure that Photostream and shared photostream options were turned on for my iphone and I am currently updatedÂ
It's driving us nuts trying to figure out what is wrong and I've been looking online for answer but nobody seems to have this issue

My blackberry messenger will not update any of my friends display picstures. The only way I can get it to update is if I pull the battery. When the phone turns back on it updates my contacts, but then won't update any display pictures once again.

I can send pics but just can't receive.It keeps saying my built in media support is full and my memory card is full. but its not.I have a 8520 curve, vodacom network. It just started recently. I could receive before. And I downloaded the new version of bbm some time back. I tried soft reboot and hard reboot.I've deleted and reinstalled bbm but nothing. my options under memory are set as media card support: ON,mass storage support on. I have a 8gig memory card.

So I am curious as to what could be the problem with my Iphone 4? View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently bought a blackberry bold 9700 from my friend and it is unlocked to any network sim but is originally from Vodafone, I have also just went onto a new contract deal with virgin which includes unlimited internet access but my problem is that the blackberry messenger will not work, I've contacted my service provider and they said they cant do anything because the phone is not originally from them. I have also went to various shops and they also do not know what is wrong.My internet browser works fine but Blackberry messenger will not allow me to add people or see any requests from people when they add me and i dont know what to do next, is there anyway i can manually make this work?

It shows them as offline to other people who are on their computers even though someone else can see you typing and receive messages just fine. It only shows the phone icon beside the contacts name.

I got a Nokia Lumia 610 two weeks ago on contract. Love it. My type of phone. Problem is, recently I cannot recieve incoming calls from my friends and family. Some are important. Now, this mainly happens when I am at home. I went to Phones4u when I got it from and they said 'oh its your signal'. But I checked my signal online through Vodafone... guess what? My phone can recieve calls and text messages. My mum has an Blackberry and she can recieve incoming calls, she lives in the same house as me.I just do not get it. Is there something wrong with the phone? Is it the signal? Just need some help because I am missing important phone calls from my friends and family.

It's not letting me sending messages to any person abroad BUT I'm still able to send it to people in the same country (UK). This has never happened to me before and just happened suddenly this morning. This has happened to someone I know and it eventually worked itself out after quite a long time, he couldn't send message abroad, couldn't recieve them and even couldnt use it through Yahoo Messenger or MSN. He went to the provider and they had no idea either.

I am using blackberry torch 9800.I have been using vodaphone when I arrived at UK in September 2011.I didn't have enough credit to auto resubscribe the BIS at 11 February 2012.I topped it up at around 9am that day and until now, 12 February 2012, I still cannot receive message from BBM.My friend said, they received my message but I cannot receive their messages (they said the message could not 'D' at all) I have tried to take out my battery and put it back on several times. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall back my BBM application.

Now I can receive her messages (also they only appear as D, not R to her) but all messages I send to her only have the checkmark, not D or R (she is not getting my msgs).
