my blackberry was not working so i had to reset whole phone, when i did all contacts were deleted and i had to make new bbm name. now when i add anyone bbm wont send request and it wont let me add anyone.

I am totally furstrated and cant chat with a particular contact on BBM. I have tried reinstalling BBM many times. The contact shows up on my list. As soon as i send a message it says reinvite contact. When i hit reinvite nothing happens. The same happens with the other person when he tries to message me. And the best part is that we are unable to even delete each other. So we cant add again. So its a big mess.
