My phone keeps saying the battery is too low for radio use, even when it's still got half a bar of battery. Then it suddenly jumps to orange battery and then to red within a minute.
i have a Curve 8320 and since OS 4.5 the msg "battery too low to use the radio" appear but with 5% of battery but now im getting that msg with 15% since a couple of days ago :s i have the Radio On app but is annoing, it is normal?
I have had this fone since june and have constantly had probs with the battery life. Its now saying battery is too low for radio use even when there is half a white bar. Keeps cutting out during calls. I've constantly got to do a battery pull!
yesterday, my 8320 was at the point where it had no battery life for radio use.Now the phone just completely turned off. Its been on charge for a good 10-15min. After holding the end button to turn it on, it says, battery drained, and it turns off.whats my problem? 2 different chargers have been used already, and so has the USB.
My battery died then I charged it and still the phone is radio off and the battery is full, and just shows the home page and I cant go to the menu or do anything? Cannot even connect to the PC.
The past few days my phone (torch 9810) has started coming up with the old "battery too low for radio use" but when it has loads of battery! It's a tad frutrating as I know I have plenty of battery but it could still go at any time.
I have the bb curve 8330 and was trying to find out if I can play my iHeart radio over my car radio. The thing is I am unsure what device to use or how to go about it.
So you know normally you will get a message when your battery is low that says "Battery too low for radio use" and the radio comes off. Well twice that stopped happening. Battery was low but instead of getting the message, my phone just cuts off like if the battery is dead. Any explanation as to why this is happening? It happened two out of two times.
What mobile radio active is in battery usage? When I go to battery usage for example for google play it says 13m 59s for CPU total but 1h 11m 59s mobile radio active. What is mobile radio active?
What is the average battery life time if you listen to FM radio (with earset and moderate volume). In some GSM specification its written "20 to 37 hours if you listen to music...." .Is this MP3 music listening or is this FM radio listening also ? (I mean "classic" FM radio NOT streaming radio !!!).I'm looking for a GSM that I can use as "walkman" (FM radio only !) during several hours a day without loosing too many battery power so that I still can use the GSM for making calls.....
I have a bold 9900 and as soon as the battery life hits 25% it says battery to low for radio use but as soon as I plug the charger in it fires back up to 40%..does anyone know as to how I can fix this fault? Also every now and again the phone freezes and then a bit background appears with error in the middle of the screen?
I am seriously thinking of getting the Nokia 5530 for my next phone but i have a few questions if you dont mind me asking? 1. Can you put your own songs on there from your pc & then listen to them in the mp3 player? 2. Is it easy to use? 3. Has it got good battery life? 4. What is the radio like on it?
After a recent update of the software on my Tour, I find the battery draining INCREDIBLY fast when the Radio is turned off.
At work, I don't get a signal, so I have been turning off the radio...and in that state, after 24 hours, the battery is usually still at 100%.Now....my battery is draining down to 40% in 5 hours....any thoughts anyone?
I have an iPhone 4 that I want to plug into my car so I can listen to my favorite online radio station. How do I do this? And is all I need is an A/C adapter? Please list all possibilitys.
Checked the forum and did not find any on this post! Ran my battery down to 4% and radio did not turn off. Has Rim done away with this feature? Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?
When I connect (wi-fi) to both BBC radios 3&4 through blackberry browser, a pop up message "device media processor is busy ' appears ,also red message "error playing".this is persistent. Also when I ask for bb browser help web site,I am returned to help menu.I have just updated on my new phone to 5.0.Since I bought it 2 weeks ago radio was fine .Also ,contacts were wiped doing this update
I have had a Curve 8330 in service with Virgin Mobile, for a couple of years. I have just recently switched my cellphone number to a new handset and new service provider. In preparing my Curve 8330 for a new owner (at some point), I opted to use the "Wipe Handset" function, to clean the handset of all my personal information, contacts, etc. During this process, I was advised that the "radio" would be turned off. I thought I was going to be able to manually turn it back on after performing this "wipe", so I wasn't concerned. This would seem (so far) to not work; at least - not the way I was expecting to be able to. Does anyone know how I could at least turn the handset's radio on? While this wouldn't do much good without a service contract attached to the handset, it will at least assure me that the unit is still in working order, and will work properly for a new owner.
Today, my phone went bonkers. I was trying to watch a video that I had just recorded when my screen shut off. I mean it went Black ! The led flashed right 3x and then the hour glass over the white screen showed up. I had to do a battery pull to get the phone on.When the phone came back on, I have an app for Slacker Radio? My wife who still has ver .138 on her phone had this "slacker" appear a few weeks ago.Why does Verizon want to push apps to my phone ?
I want to download an app from the BBappWorld from my computer but it tells me always the same "turn on the radio to start downloading" how do I do that?
