I've had my BlackBerry for about a month and it's locked fine by pressing the little black lock button at the top until today. Today, I press the button to lock the phone, it locks for about 5 seconds and then unlocks itself. It's done it all day. Do you think the button is broken already?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have a 9360 with OS7 firmware. I took the SIM out of this phone to use in another one (I'm a software tester). When I returned the SIM to the 9360 and restarted it I'm presented with the forced Blackberry ID login screen.
Here's the problem, the radio has been switched off. But now I'm locked out, so I can't turn the radio on. I can put in my BB ID password all day and it doesn't matter because I don't have a connection!
How do I turn the radio on so I can get past this absurd login (btw, awesome QA on this RIM, why is the radio off while attempting a forced login? I absolutely refuse to wipe my device.
Am having a problem locking my screen with the screenlock.I put it on then in less than a minuet my screen is opened again.Is there something I could do other than send it back to my provider.When I've called someone or they me, I tend to put it on screenlock so other apps are not activated unlass needed.

View 4 Replies View Relatedi got my blackberry curve 9300 a week ago .. and it was working fine, and now whenever i hold down the botton on the top off my phone or hold the A botton to make my screen go black ... it goes black for about 3 seconds and then it comes back on and i wont even touch it, btw i've tryed turning it on and off , and taking the battery out.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy curve is nearly 2 years old so my warranty is over. I replaced the battery 4 months ago b/c my phone wouldn't stay charged for even 1 day. Virgin said they could do nothing for me so I went ahead and just bought a new battery. The same problem has arose but its getting worse each day. The battery symbol shows its at about 80%, I will send one bbm and it will shut off (and not turn back on) until I plug it in. When I do so the battery is at about 20%. I don't even use my phone all day!

I have taken the first one back to the shop and they couldn't get over it either so swapped it for another one. View 1 Replies View RelatedMy daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)
