I bought this new Curve 9360 in December last year. But all of a sudden my backlight started fluctuating. This is happening for last couple of days. Did anyone else face similar issue? If yes, what did you di?My phone is under warranty, so should i go to blackberry store. Will they fix it or replace the set as the sales executive told me at the time of purchase?

I have had this phone for exactly 9 months. It was working fine up until I went to bed last night. I woke up this morning to find it not charging, not switching in, and when it's plugged into the charger, no red light is coming on. Absolutely no response whatsoever.

The phone itself is still responsive, but the screen only shows this image. I took it to a technician who tried replacing the screen but this did not fix the problem.

It starts of at the volume level I set it to, the gets quieter and quieter till you can't hear anything then it gets loud again.
Initially thought perhaps I was inadvertently hitting the volume down button but the volume indicator does not move.
Was using the GPS via the speakerphone and it was a horrible experience.

Still, nothing seemed to light up, the screen was black. So I removed my battery, put it back in. The LED light turned red for a couple of minuets, then turned off but the screen was still black. Tried connecting it to my USB Cable to the computer + the charge cable, but both to no prevail. I then thought maybe my screen is just temporarily bugging, maybe a call would do the trick. View 1 Replies View RelatedI've updated my BB 8900 OS a couple of days ago. It worked fine for 1 day and then it popped up with an error message that disappaered really quickly and it go into a loop.
I tried to re-install the OS 5 and the app loader recognises the BB and the PIN is showing, but when I click next it get's stuck on "connecting with device (ARM)". The only thing the BB does now is blink its red light like morse code long-fast-fast-fast-long.
My 8330 screen is dark and I get flashing or blinking red signal. I have tried pulling the battery to reset and does not help.

It looks like all my words are light grey instead of black, the photo's look like there faded out...they arn't though bc I've posted some of my photo's on FB and they are normal colored. Texts are too light to read unless I scroll over them.

I searched everywhere. The computer can read the PIN #, just in case though I wiped it and reloaded the OS. Bought a T6 screwdriver, took it apart, disconnected then reconnected the display cord then turned it back on and same old white screen.
