I've a Curve 9360. Last night the led flash light of it went on, on its own and has been on since. it remains on even if i switch the device off. It goes off only when the battery has been removed. Though it doesnt remain bright throughout. The brightness keeps flactuating

I have had this phone for exactly 9 months. It was working fine up until I went to bed last night. I woke up this morning to find it not charging, not switching in, and when it's plugged into the charger, no red light is coming on. Absolutely no response whatsoever.

I just upgraded from the 8330 Curve, to this one and so far I am highly disappointed!My friend who has an iPhone said BB is trying to be more like it. From the layout of the texts to the options. It's frustrating! If I wanted an iPhone, I would have bought one...I like the BB for the features it has not for being like the iPhone.Sorry, I got a bit rant-y but I cannot believe this new version doesn't have a flash. I couldn't turn it on. I removed the battery and put it back in again and still the same, just won't switch on.
