BB Curve :: 9360 Keeps Switching Off And Freezing?
Sep 14, 2012i have a blackberry curve 9360 and it has started freezing every 5-10mins and its very difficult to switch it back on.

May 25, 2012I got a blackberry 9360 on contract about 6 months ago the first bb got some software problems and vodacom gave me a new one the second bb just started switching off wile I am using it so on I gave it in for repairs and they gave me a new one again so now I am on my third blackberry 9360 that is just giving me problems the same as the second one did just switching off about ten times a day The place I have my contract with is just telling me to go to the head office and speak to the people there?

Dec 6, 2012My Blackberry curve 9360 not switching on, it was fine in the morning, later in afternoon, when i check i was in s/o mode. So i tried charging it. As soon as i switch on charger Red light glow for few seconds.
However now it is more than 2 hours still not getting switch on.
BB Curve :: 9360 Freezing Since 7.1 Upgrade?
Aug 8, 2012Since updating the device software on my curve 9360 a few weeks ago I am having constant freezing issues (black sqaure with white line). Sometimes unfreezes after a minute and other times have to either although shift delete or if that doesnt work reseat battery. Up until te device software upgrade phone was running great with no issues.Currently : 7.1 bundle 1133 (v7.1.0.336 platform 9.6.0.51)Have tried although l g l g and clearing logs daily.Have tried full restore including creation of new blackberry account synced with phone in case of issue transfer.Doesn't matter whether in emails, whatsapp, bbm or just taking a picture.Current free memory on device: 1360053800 Bytes and all apps up to date.

Sep 4, 2012Im looking for help I purchased a 9360 the othe day and can't get over how hot the back becomes,and how poor the battery life is. I have taken the first one back to the shop and they couldn't get over it either so swapped it for another one. Oct 29, 2012my b.b 9300 has been switching off on its own for the past week and then reloading. today, it did it again, got half way across and then the screen turned white. it has now gone into squared off bits with a black splodge with green edging around the splodge. what is it and how will the shop react to me taking it back. it does look like it has been dropped but, i know it hasnt. It this a regular problem with the 9300's?

Dec 18, 2011Yesterday Morning I put my BB Curve 9300 on charge for around an hour to get its 100% battery back as I would be traveling for a while in the car with out any source to plug my BB in, My BB was perfectly fine. Throughout the day I used BBM quite a bit and some of the games that I had installed onto my BB. Around 3pm I notice my BB was very low on battery so I put it on charge and left it for 30 minutes and returning only to find out it had not charged at all and the battery was empty> I had checked to make sure my charger was firmly in the plug socket which it was and made sure the cable had not come loose from my BB which it had not. I took the battery out of my BB and gave it a good blow and the inside of the BB too as this normally works. I put my battery back in and a solid red light came on which then faded. Usually When you put the battery back in the phone starts up and it works fine but now the red solid light will not even show.
I have tried leaving it on charge over night and that has not worked helped at all
P.S. I have had my Blackberry Curve 9300 for just a week as it was a replacement given to me by my provider when my last Blackberry failed to work.

I would like to quickly enable email on and off when out of the UK as all emails become chargeable when not on my native mobile carrier.My plan is to wait to get emails until the Berry is connected to a hotel wi fi system. Dec 1, 2012My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)

Mar 1, 2012My curve 9360 was working fine earlier but when it ran out of battery I charged it up and it wont turn on. It goes on when the bar loads but as soon as it gets full, it just restarts the bar again and a little timer in the top left hand corner comes up everytime the bar goes full and re starts it's self.
