when i try to update my apps, i click on the app i want updated. i then click on update. the update begins to download, and everything is fine. but when the update is finished it does not install. instead, as soon as it is downloaded i will get a loading icon in the middle of my screen then my blackberry turns off and reboots. this happens with every app, and also happens when i check for OS updates.

I have a Nexus 5, completely stock 4.4.2, never tampered
Whenever there are multiple updates in the Play Store and I press "Update", the first app updates, then the second one starts downloading, but the download hangs at some point, then after a few seconds the entire Play Store app closes without any message.
After that I can open the Play Store again and try to update the apps, but they only update one at a time, because on the second update it always crashes.
All the Google apps are at the latest versions, Play Store has version 4.6.17. This is happening for a while now, but I can't pinpoint it to a certain version of the Play Store app, but in the past I did not have this problem.
I've tried restarting the device, clearing data and cache for the Play Store app, clearing the cached data for the entire system, even switching the runtime (btw the problem is happening on both Dalvik and ART), but nothing worked.
I also have enough Available space: 4 GB as reported in Settings/Storage.
On my wife's Nexus 4, also completely stock and with updated Google apps, the problem it's not happening, so it's not something in my environment.
I am having a problem updating motoprint in the app store. Whenever I open the motoprint software it tells me there is an update. I click download update and it takes me to the app store, where it lists that there is an update. However when I click install update in the store it throws an error that says update not found.

View 1 Replies View RelatedBasically, the phone went completely dead, despite being fully charged. At first there was no response from the phone whatsoever and this went on for about 4 hours. I was out of the house and had no charger so assumed that maybe the battery had run out.However, after about 4 hours the Blackberry began behaving very weirdly. Every so often, the red LED light comes on for about 10 seconds and then it tries to switch on (without me pressing a button). The reboot bar comes up, but when this is only about 5-10% full the Blackberry crashes and does exactly the same thing again, crashing at the same point. Sometimes it can do this continuously and sometimes it will go completely unresponsive again.
Removing the battery makes no difference, because when I put it back in it simply behaves in the same way.I tried launching a software update through BB Desktop to remedy this, but half-way through the programme said that it could not connect to the Blackberry, even though it had previously been connected.
I've took the battery out after waiting half an hour after it crashed and I've done this several times now! I've also waited as the battery as warm so I waited for it to cool but it did the exact same thing! I need my phone in a matter of hours for an alarm and incase of emergencies to do with my family!

My handset crashed due to loading 3rrd party applications. I get a message on the screen 'Reload Software:552' when I switch on the handset. The handset cannot be recognized by the desktop manager when it is plugged in. The handset ceases all its functions till the OS is restored or retrieved. Boots up, goes to the White Screen and goe's black, doesn't come on for at least 5 minutes before it boots up.I've been trying to reload its software but unable to because the phone freezes up and cuts off. So i have no clue what to do at this point. It has little episodes where it spazzes out goes white and the screen flickers for 20 seconds and shuts off. Battery pulls have been tried to fix the issue but even that isn't even working.i'm a Blackberry Guru myself but i've never seen this issue ever before on my Curve 3G. The odd occasional crash maybe due to over load on the memory, but this is getting beyond a joke, i can't even boot it up for at least 10 minutes or even a minute after it boots up it goes like Hell is decending into the thing.
UPDATE: I'm also being informed i'm not the only one with this issue, a fair few blackberries have gone insane in my area. Like if a hacker is tapping into the software and destroying it inside out with a virus or something. < An idea but not accurate.
Since the Market App was updated to ver. 3.1.5 on my htc Desire, that when I get a new message in the notification area that there are updates for any of my20 Apps and clicking on updates it goes straight into My apps but no updates are showing only installed apps so don't know what apps need to be updated, or if already updated it does not say what app was updated.On clicking on all my apps there is no ticks in any of the Automatic Update boxes! Before the update to ver. 3.1.5 you could see what apps needed to be updated and why and had a choice if you wanted it updated or not

I have to take out my battery and charge it without. Then when the sign of no battery shows I put it back in. When I reboot my bb without taking out the battery first it gets stuck in the process.
