Blackberry Curve 9300 v6 Has been constantly re-booting since last night and is now lasting only minutes at a time before doing it again. Two devices of the same make and model in the house and both are crashing at exactly the same time. how to stop it?
I was using OS 4.6 version on my phone. I updated my phone's OS to 5.0 version and it worked fine for an hour, then I installed the blackberry messenger on my phone and restarted the phone. From then my phone keeps booting repeatedly with out even starting. I tried doing a hard reset by removing the battery, but no go. Even now when I try connecting my phone to desktop software, desktop software shows initializing and then again says device unable to connect when the phone restarts automatically.
I deletd some apps and rebooted blackberry to complete deletion.since then my blackberry is not booting up. it just doesnt go beyond the rebooting screen.A white screen with blackberry written in blue.
Can anyone tell me what is causing my BB to constantly bring up the hourglass while I'm navigating the display. It really slows my ability to use the BB and it also repeatedly freezes the entire phone. I have to remove the battery to regain access.
I have a curve 8330 through verizon. for the last two days i have been receiving all of my emails constantly every hour. i have over 400 "new" emails in my inbox, most of which i have already received and have been receiving for the past two days. they are all coming in at the same time and have flooded my inbox and are slowing down my phone. i went to verizon yesterday and they re-freshed my connection with gmail but it didn't do anything to help.
I have a blackberry curve 8530. It stoped working and just wont power on. I bought a new battery for it and let it charge for about 10 hours. It starts to turn on and boot up but once the loading bar gets 1/16th of the way loaded it shuts down and starts all over again.
Last night I fell asleep with my phone next to me, and I know that this isn't very smart but when I woke up my phone was off and the red led was flashing. When I tried booting it, it did nothing, just flashing it's red light. I tried charging it, but with no succes either. So I have no idea what went wrong. Could it be that I rolled over my phone and that I messed up something inside? I searched the internet looking for solutions and I found out that other people were having the same problem. However, I didn't really find any answers. Then I tried connecting my Blackberry to my computer. The computer did notice my phone was connected, but the Blackberry Desktop Software failed to connect to the phone. It just showed some error.I found out that when I kept the phone charging, with no battery in it, a white immage with a 'no battery sign' appeared. Does that mean something's wrong with my battery?
My blackberry is not booting/starting up. Initially I thought my battery must have depleted, but when I connect my BB to the wall charger the red light at the top right corner pops up, its there for 10 seconds or so. Then the screen shows the phone is charging for 4-5 seconds, post which the screen goes blank, completely blank. I have left it for couple of hours, but nothing happens.
Everytime the charger is disconnected and reconnected the same thing happens.
Even when I connect my BB with the USB cable same things happen - Red light for 10 seconds, shows its charging for 4-5 seconds and then black screen. The phone is not booting/starting up even after I had left it with charger for 2-3 hrs.
My blackberry curve 9360 is not booting, i tried inserting the battery its not booting. i tried charging it but the red led blinks for seconds and then again it gets off. the phone some times starts to boot but blackscreen comes.a battery sign with red cross appears.
2 weeks ago i picked up a used BB 8310 off freecycle, the woman had upgraded and didnt need it so she wanted to give it away. Score!. I finally got around to ordering a new battery for it because she kept the one it came with, and the battery showed up saturday.I put the new battery in the phone turned it on and nothing. So i plugged it into the wall charger and all i got was the red LED for 2-5 seconds and then nothing. does the same thing when you plug it into the USB.Is this a bad battery or is the phone a total loss? im sad because i was so excited to use my new phone and i still cant.
I just had this new BB 8530 for a few hours from the Verizon store. I love it and it seems have a lot better than my old BB 8330. Got home, I plug the BB 8530 to the computer, using BB Desktop Manager to transfer my contacts and calendar, then it just kept on booting for hours and hours.
I have searched through the forums but not seen anything related to the problem i'm having. I have a curve 8900 on orange, the problem is; When i turn on the BB, it gets past the initial red light stage and when the OS actually goes to load, it will load to 3/4 of the way along the progress bar and just stop, constant reboots and battery pulls it will stil load to 3/4's and stop. I have tried using the application loader from command prompt as described in some threads on here and using the JLCmder, using the plug in and press next when the red light comes on, this process works untill the aplication loader tells the device to reboot and it loads again, cos it gets stuck 3/4's of the way, the application loader cannot continue and finish, it just sits there constantly trying to connect to the phone.

My blackberry Curve 9360 isn't booting, it just place a battery icon with a red cross on it. I tried reloading the OS as suggested to an earlier enquiry but I was told no update is available for my phone and the problem has since persisted and I've not been able to use my phone for some days now.
My blackberry started booting and it never completes this process. I have waited and the bar never passes letter "e" in blackberry. I have waited a lot of time and also tried taking out the battery and rebooting it again. What can I do? Is there a way to reset my phone manually?
I am experiencing very frustrating battery issues on my BB Curve 9300. I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application. In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.
I finally joined the BB community and I am really enjoying my 9300 Curve.Recently I saw that a friend of mine had the OS 6 system on and I have been trying to upgrade my OS 5 to 6. However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.
After installing a few games from the App world, as well as Blackberry News from the Test Centre.
The reboot bar reaches as far as about where the letter 'e' is in the word 'Blackberry' in the middle of the reboot screen. Then the red LED flashed and the Torch reboots again.
To stop the rebooting I had to pull out the battery, but once I put this in the reboots continue.
I purchased my iPhone about 5 weeks ago and since its first few hours alive, it has been repeatedly crashing, up to 15 times a day somedays. The phone feels a bit warmer than usual. There doesnt seem to be anything specific causing it. Some times the phone will restart itself, some times I have to manually restart the phone using the power and home button for 10 seconds config
it will not turn on it shut down by itself and came back on a couple days ago and then the home button didn't work it shut itslef off AGAIN, this is the 4th time if i plug it in it won't turn on if i reset it it won't turn on itunes won't recognize it
Sometimes when I am using the calculator or Draw Something the screen enlarges, by repeatedly tapping the screen sometimes it reverts to normal or I have to completely come out of the app then return.

I bought a brand new E7 2 weeks ago, I was really impressed with it but unfortunately it did not last for long, after 2 DAYS of usage and while browsing on using any of the device functions (turn off the alarm for example) the device hangs and then restarts by itself!I sent it to Nokia care and they return it back to me after reinstalling the software. But once I returned back home the device did the same problem. I requested them to change it for me since I have the option, and they answered me back that there is no manufacturing problem in the device.E7 is hanging repeatedly while using
