BB Curve :: 9300 Phone Will Not Connect To Home Router And Displays Error Message
Jun 12, 2011My wife has a bb 9300 3g on os6 and everything has been fine.However somehow she has screwed up the wi-fi settings.The phone will not connect to our home router and displays the rror message " failed to obtain an IP address".I hve tried everything on the phone from
- Removing the wi-fi setting and reentering them.
- Entering the details manually
- Removing the battery and rebooting the phone
- Reinstally the os over the computer
Nothing seems to work. I know the router is fine as I have the same phone and it connects ok along with several other devices.Has anyone any suggestions before I reset the phone to factory setting?

He was given a web site by best buy - cellunlock to get an unlock key code for $7.99 i think. They sent us about 9 pages of instructions. I just recently changed my security from a Pattern to a Pin. The only problem is now I can't enter my unlock PIN with the google voice keyboard. May 3, 2012I have a security camera system (SerVision MVG400) that sends an email alert when a camera is triggered. The email contains a jpeg image of the event that triggered the camera. When I view the emails from this system on the iPhone 4, the image displayed is the same in every message. If I reboot the phone and open a different message, now that's the image displayed in every message from the security system. If I forward one of the messages that's displaying incorrectly on the phone to another machine, it contains the correct image. The images are all named "image001.jpeg" and they are all the same size (9KB). The only thing that differs from one message to another is the timestamp in the subject line and message body, and the image contents.

The message indicator on the home screen sometimes displays to the left of the time, and sometimes to the right. I thought at first it was an am/pm thing, but 10 minutes ago (8:41 ayem now) it was on the right, and now it just jumped to the left.
