BB Curve 83xx :: Moving Saved Messages
Jan 2, 2010I have a 2 year old 8320 with about 1000 saved messages on it that i need to print up. The problem that I am having is the messages that were sent to my tmo.blackberry email address that are saved to my phone I cannot find to save to a computer. I have tried forwarding the saved messages to another email address but when I do I get a red "X" and it says "Unlisted message error". Any help would be appreciated, I am going through a nasty divorce and I need all of these messages for court.

Jun 15, 2010I just got a Curve 8530. When I view an e-mail on my Blackberry, it causes the same e-mail to be marked as "read" on my e-mail server and in my MS Outlook. I would like to prevent this from happening, I would like the e-mail to still appear as unread on my e-mail server/Outlook, even after I have read it on the Blackberry. How can I accomplish this.

May 24, 2010I have 8330 and lately I haven't been getting my texts for hours 2 at most but idk why its doing that. I can be in mid conversation ad then not hear back from them for like 30 to an hour and they think I'm ignoring them. The time stamp shows when they sent and when I received what do I do to stop this.

Apr 3, 2010have a friend who just got a replacement 8330 because she wasnt getting a alert sound when a new message was coming in. we did a total replacement of all apps and settings of the old to the new phone and all was good. well today the same thing happened to the new phone. i suggested it was a bad app but she said she hasent down loaded anything (oh this started a month ago) well i know she has down loaded apps but bla bla bla. when she does a batt pull all alert sounds work but after a while this starts up again, any suggestions or has this happened to anybody?

Aug 5, 2010I have my Confirm Delete disabled in my email general settings and my email reconciliation settings for all my accounts set to delete emails on the device. Starting today, when I select more than one email, text, etc. to delete, it pops up the delete confirmation prompt. I pulled the battery and tried again. Still, the confirmation dialog pops up.If I delete individual messages, there is no dialog.

I receive a "PC Sync was unable to locate your Outlook message store" error message. By searching this board, it appears that this is a fairly common problem. I have never had any nokia products on it prior to my attempts.Connecting via USB (no errrors or problems reported with this).Does anyone have a bonafide solution for this? This really sounds like buggy software to me.
