1. I updated my phone yesterday and one of my email icons has disappeared. I have deleted it and reinstalled but still not there even though i can still recieve emails.
2. I am self employed and use the mobile for work. i have just set up a website and email address with uk-cheapest and get get the email to load onto my blackberry. it says invalid email or password even though these are correct.
my email icon disappeared when i did update but still get emails?can get an email address from uk-cheapest to connect?

I've tried taking the battery out for 30 seconds, finding service books (it won't let me send), and i've tried checking if it was hidden, but i didn't know how to check that on the 9780. I've tried looking it up and every post says "from the home screen, press menu and then show all" but there is no regular menu option nor is there a show all.

Before to get it back, i go to email setup and delete it then add it back, then AOL icon returns. When I updated my Photon I now have a gray borig @ sign icon. Where is the other icon? That seems to come if you set up email with another provider (I was initially using comcast). I tried creating comcast account again but it did not change the icon.
Is there a way to get that notifiacation icon back? Obviusly it can be done without being root.

I got a problem with my bb9700 on SMS. When I powered on my bb, it showed like"uncaught exception：string index out of range:0". And the sms & mms icon disappeared. In message-box, I couldn't see any sms here,but only emails and mms. It will show a list about short messages when i press(alt+s), but any message can't be open, just a list. I have tried v6.0.0.593/680/743, but it doesn't be fixed. I can only wipe the phone , but several days later,It will repeat. no BIS/BES with my phone.
