However, it's been "installing" for 8 hours now, and it's stuck on 14% Overall backup progress. And 0% Social Feeds.Also, not sure if it's related. (probably is) but my Signal is off and i have no network connection. And I've got good coverage usually at home. I realised the problem about 7 hours in, after it said it would only be 2. So I battery pulled it, and it didn't work, then I tried battery and sim pulling, that didn't work. I've tried hooking it up to my blackberry desktop. It can't pick the device up because of it.

I don't have a dashboard, tools, internet connection setting is a mess, no compass controls so some reason it goes online with 3G and WLAN simultaneously. Before WLAN was a priority. Can anyone tell me how can I install old ovi maps 3.01 (or whatever it was before) without resetting the whole phone? On the ovi website it gives me only new 3.03, no old ones.

It's probably nothing, but for those of you who are having really slow/spotty 3G browsing speeds even with 5 full bars of 3G, did you guys restore your iPhone 4 from a back up or did you set it up as a new iPhone? i don't know if there is any kind of relation between this and the issue, but it doesn't hurt to speculate. I myself have restored from a backup and I am experiencing this issue hardcore. The AT&T rep recommended that I restore the phone and set it up as a new iPhone. Is anyone who set up as a new phone also having this issue?

I have upgraded the software - having backed up my phone using the backup and restore facility. The old backup software was removed so i downloaded a new one from sony website. However this downloads but will not install - says 'Application not installed' with a tick by it ! and so I can;t restore my phone information.

How can I install back the language pack after upgrading the 9300?Before I upgraded my blackberry software/firmware, my software/firmware was 1875, after when I upgraded from 1875 to 2475, the language pack then went missing.I then found another version of east asian from Vodafone which is the same one as mentioned above, 1875, I can't seem to install the language pack back in after when I've upgraded my phone software.I've deleted the old version of the software in my BB from my computer. My network is Vodafone.Is there a way to reinstall the version 1875 language pack, install it into 2647 language pack? I don't want to load it back into the old version 1875, but to load it in the new version of 2647.

I'm trying to wipe out all entries on the calendar (thousands of duplicate entries). I have done several battery pulls and I went in and checked the cpu usage (it is so slow) and found that between the OS and Calendar they are using 90 plus percent.

As the phone re-booted itself I checked my messages and found that all my new messages have vanished from my Conversations & recently added contacts between 20th April - 28th May (last night)!!! ;0(
I contacted Nokia and they said there is a way to retrieve these but when I took it to a Nokia Centre (in Carphone Warehouse) they said they will need to reboot the whole thing and everything will be deleted!

I had thought Smart Actions helped my battery because I accidentally left the screen in never sleep and the next morning it had not died. But the alarm caused the screen to go black and when I clicked to set an alarm it went black and even caused a restart. I have never had a black screen/lockup before. I uninstalled both and all is well.
