My BB services has stopped working suddenly since last 10 days and the message it gives saying "The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact customer support for further assistance". I really want to get this problem solved as soon as possible.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI received a message to verify my password email account, to continue receiving emails, so when I got into configure email, my account didn't show up, that's why I configure it and add it again. And now in the message box I'm receiving twice my emails, and on my hotmail box I'm receiving it once.Now, I eliminated my hotmail account from my blackberry, and I'm still receiving emails!! to the message box, but I cant reply them.How can I do to stop receiving emails when I dont have nay email account configured!I hope I'm being clear =/I have a bb bold v4.6.0.185 (platform 4.0.0.169)
I have a bold 9900 and I can connect to everything but email. I have tried to delete and readd it, it was there before but then I had to take my phone in to get fixed because it kept rebooting everytime I put it on a hard surface. It keeps coming back with 'no message services configured. You will be redirected to the setup wizard to setup your email' but it is already set up it just wont connect/link.

I'm doing this to downgrade the firmware in my iphone 3gs from 3.1.2 to 3.0.1. I've been receiving a (permission denied) response for my efforts. I've gone into "Disk Utility and added myself as a "root user". However, that doesn't seem to correct the permission denied issue. Perhaps I didn't correctly add myself as a root user.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI had recently to perform a full reset of my BB ("cleaning the terminal").
Since then, I do no longer receives the email from the 2 gmail accounts I have configured. I tried to suppress then reconfigure the accounts, without any success. The BB can actually connect to the gmail servers, because I can send emails with these accounts. But I do not receive anything. I still receive the email from my company (default) account (desktop).
An Apple Genius advised that a single charger terminal had a tiny bit of corrosion although none of the LCI's had been triggered. This was preventing my iPhone 4 from charging. The phone is 8 months old but as the store considered this to be water damage it would cost £130 to repair as the warranty doesn't cover water damage.Is this right my phone has not been anywhere near water?

I changed my email password and BB then asked to validate the same on the phone. I did. But it says invalid username/password and asked to contact the email provider. But it is the correct one (I signed in my account online just fine). I don't understand what the problem is. I even rebooted my phone twice. I tried the Gmail troublershooter, but there seems to be no way to communicate this problem. I really need to solve this as it is a Gmail id I use daily, especially for work.

Since all the iphone apps only work when the phone is on i am wondering if there is a way to remotely turn on the iphone if needed? I "read" online from someone that claimed to be an apple employe, that there is the possibility of sending an "important message" to the phone that would power the phone on, and that the phone always stores enough battery life so that it is able to receive those important messages (with the exception that after several warning of low batter this might not work anymore). I'd rather do it via an app as opposed to logging in with different accounts and using Facetime or other such methods. An app would be a much cleaner way to do it IMO.
